As long as you have a military id that allows you to shop on base. I tried to find a list for it but there isn't one all they have are the dates which is May 18 and 19.

Each sale is about the same things.
Paper goods, Garbage bags, water, canned goods, washing powders or liquids, soaps and other items like these.

Try the DECA website. They should post a list at the Commissarry as well. You could call them before you go if you cant find it online.
