I am so excited to finally receive my questionnaire for jury duty! I know everyone hates it, but not me! I am truly excited and can't wait. How can I make sure I get picked to be on the jury? What should I not say (besides the obvious)? What makes a good juror?

Do I have to let him stay in the house, where we both jointly own the home. He told me I have no right to throw him out he owns the house too. We have since worked things out, but in the back of my mind I am not sure my relationship is not in trouble. Do I have to live with like in the movie the breakup with Jennifer Anniston and Vince Vahn? I dont want to contact a lawyer because I really dont have the money since I am on Social Security disability> If it helps I am 38 years old.

Hillary claimed Bush deceived her into voting for the war, yet how smart can she actually be then.. By Democrats own argument would logically prove that they are stupid... Except of course those few that did not vote for the war... What do you think???

PS i know stupider is not correct, i was just trying to bring it down to their level.

My state, New Hampshire, today became one on 4 states allowing civil unions. "This legislation is a matter of conscience, fairness and of preventing discrimination," said the governors spokesman Colin Manning.

My question is "what is wrong with the other 46?"

I don't need you to quote the Bible to me. I have read it many times and understand it well.

This isn't "marriage". It is "equal protection under the law."

the America people have a feeling of entitlement.

The high price in gas most of us still drive the same as always. People live in one town and commute to another town. Many have big SUVs that take from the Rain Forrest and they drive these vicheals no matter what the price.
We have plenty of oil off our shores to supply us for a very long time. We want to protect our land from oil wells and leaver our land pristien. Nothing wrong with that, except there is a double standard here.......If we don't want to use the oil in the middle east and continue to drive as we do, then we have to expect our troops to get involved in wars.
First we need to be accountable for our own oil on our own land. Secondly we need to find doable alternative affordable
energy We need to stop driving so much. We need to learn to have rapid transit like Europe has and also Chicago and Boston has.
We need to stop complaining about the war, when we continue to depend on the product we get from the area.

Only in America could we attack and make our President the enemy. Not the terrorists, but our President. This is unbelievable! We've let an anti-American group hijack our senate and house. We've allowed them to politicize this war so they can win in 2008. We've allowed the focus to be taken off the terrorists, who regardless of what happens in Iraq - STILL WANT TO KILL YOU. This is not the America my grandparents fought in WWII for. Its changed. Where are the people like me, THE MAJORITY, who are sick of what the democrats have done?! Speak up, let your voice be heard.

Let's just force them to obey American laws and pay taxes, and then when they proove to be good little serfs to the Empire of America, we let them become a State and write a Constitution of their own. Same way we gained the west. With coecision, killing, deportation, and re-education.

The person calling me identified herself as Investigator Banks. I was supposed to call her back at 866.563.7118, ext 7668. I first searched under the phone number, but couldn't bring up anything. So when I called, I just got a recording to leave a message. I read some of the other messages and responses and glad I did. I don't know who these people are but if this is a scam, I'm filing a complaint with the attorney general.

I just read the AP article that said police at VT spent 3 minutes charging the building and 5 more minutes breaking in as Cho had chained the doors. I don't know how many doors were in that building but I will assume it took him 5 minutes to chain all the doors. That means a gun man who had already killed was allowed to run amouk for at least 13 minutes with NO OPPOSITION.

The AP article also states he fired 170 rounds. 170 rounds at 13 minutes duration turns out to be 1 round every 5 seconds which means he was selecting his targets deliberately and carefully UNOPPOSED.

How can even the most liberal Dem/Lib possibly say students/professors/janitors should not have been armed. If just one person in that building had been armed this matter could have been stopped or at least cornered early own. Shame on Dems/Libs for their callowless attitude.

OBTW please don't tell me armed citizens is not the answer for in this situation it very clearly WAS THE ANSWER.

When Don Imus made his racially-charged remarks, there were MANY people, including Al Sharpton, calling for his retirement. However, that is usually the point where the ACLU steps in and hires a lawyer to defend his job, on the basis of free speech.

I mean, remember when they went to court to protect the free speech of NAMBLA? So why didn't they go to court to protect Don Imus?

Is racism more of a crime than child molestation, according to the holy and all-knowing ACLU?
