The left has bet the farm on the USA being an immoral country engaged on a war of conquest. They are so angry at their lack of power that they are blind to reality.
They look at the Senate where the score is 49 to 49 w/ 2 independents as a landslide in their favor. They look at Nancy Pelosi meeting with the Syrians and the Iranians and think they are running the US's foreign policy.
I wish Bush were Reagan, but he isn't. But look at the bright side:
1. The nuclear war between India and Pakistan has cooled off.
2. The Chinese haven't attacked Taiwon.
3. North Korea hasn't continued its nuclear testing.
4. Saddam is not coming back anytime soon.
5. Venezuela appears unlikely to acquire nukes.

Maria, its called the vocal minority. Doesnt matter how many people support Bush, its the people who have the news channel that have the voice.
and binlimbaugh (clever name, did mommy help you with that one?) to my knownledge the GOP isn't trying to slit my throat.
Yes, Bush is the enemy. Little known fact, Bush actually FLEW one of the planes on 9/11. No ****. He bailed out at the last second. Thats why so many claim they saw him at Time Square. True fact. No, sarcasm aside, what do you expect from a society that is more willing to hate their president than the people that want to kill them? I mean, c'mon! Some of these people make the arguement, "well what bin Laden did was kind of bad, but..." These people cannot come to grips with the reality of war and though they'd never admit it, the fact that Bush did something that helped in the scheme of things. After 9/11 we had anthrax attacks and mail bombs hitting U.S. citizens. After we invaded Iraq, the terrorists said, "hey, we can attack the U.S. and not have to use all our flier miles" (no, that was not meant as a pun). They just want to belittle the war in order to further themselves. Quite sad.
Oh and yes, they are anti-American. How patriotic is it to say "we've lost" Senator Harry Reid of Nevada? American flag loving my foot!

We haven't. People who oppose the president's failed policies are patriots, and they are the majority of Americans. They want the country on the right track. Hijack the senate and house? You're saying you don't believe in democratic elections! That is an anti-American idea if ever there was one. It's antithetical to our Declaration of Independence and Constitution.

Wow, what a rant. Now here is mine.
I've got news for you: Just because the President had badly mismanaged the country doesn't make him my enemy. I have every right to disagree with the Administration.
Why do you feel elections were hijacked? Are you accusing American citizens of being hijackers or are you just hurt because not enough conservatives got out to vote that day?
Your own president refused to follow the advice of the generals regarding the war in Afghanistan, and STILL have failed to catch the one man who took responsibility for the attacks on our country! How easily your selective memory forgets!
Of course Iraqi's want to kill us. We bombed their cities and have made their lives a constant fear because of our warrant less occupation of their country. We've killed over 200,000 Iraqi's who had nothing to do with 9/11. Admittedly, NOTHING TO DO WITH IT! This is fact, and not spin. Cheney said it himself.
Yet I have been given not one reason for gong to war with Iraq beyond "bringing them freedom" which is laughable because they have less quality of life than they did under Saddam.
Wake up. My grandfather also fought for this country and died a Retired Green Beret Colonel. He, with no college degree or education beyond the military, knew that Iraq was nothing more than politics, and also knew that Afghanistan was a blunder from day one.
So don't TELL ME I'm Anti-American when you are being a foolish hypocrite so absorbed in your own correctness that you can't see past the folly of your own party.
I raise my child (yes, liberals have children) not to judge other people based on their opinions or what they look like, but by how they treat other people. My child questions why people are "meaners" and he is only 4 years old! Compassion for others is a virtue, not a weakness.
A tyrant deserves what he or she gets, no matter what side of the aisle they are on.

The liberal media is giving the dems a huge voice and more propaganda to advance their socialist agenda. The republicans pissed away their opportunity by acting like the dems.As of today they still have not cleaned up their act.We need new aggressive blood in congress to get rid of all the dead wood!.Our best chance will be Fred Thompson if he runs.As for the war,its viet nam all over with the f*cking libs, they are doing their damnest for political reasons to loose this one too. Will America wake up? don't know-50 yrs . lib rule,30+ yrs. of dumb down education,a slew of ignorant voters!Too many people looking at mommy gov for free health care (dumb sh*ts don't understand they pay for it with their taxes) and other guarantees that a free society would abhor. There is still hope, the population is split 51/49 for the better. The next election (08),the conservatives will be out with a vengeance!

Since his selection as President in 2000, Dumbya has done more damage to our country and has gotten more Americans and Iraqis killed than the terrorists.
Along with dicky and rummy, dumbya should be impeached, jailed and executed for treason, not necessarily in that order.

The President is not our enemy but I defend the right of Americans to say what they really think about the presidential policies because we PAY HIS SALARY!! We have rights here that few countries have -the right to have a different opinion than our government, the right to work to change laws we dont like, the right to say when we dont like what is being done in Washington, These are basic fundamental American rights and that is exactly what your grandparents fought in WW2 for!!
