She was hopefully only talking about people she regularly has dinner with...And out of those people she and GW suffer the most.
Cause if she is trying to indicate the whole world - that is insensitive and delusional.
Heck, besides - what is "worried" anyway - how does it stack up against, "paralyzed" or "widowed" or "burying a child".
