Most states or nations have a Bureau of Records for this and for a fee will send the information directly to Spain. Find the forms needed by Spain and send them to whatever British office deals with criminal records. It will cost money.

The CRB ( Criminal Records Bureau ) check is a specific document applicable to people in the UK only. It is used as part of the recruitment process to check the suitability of people aged 18 and over working with young or vulnerable persons. There are two levels standard and enhanced. There is no mention on the CRB website of issuing them for the purpose you state.

It is not something you can apply for as an individual.

Voluntary organisations or registered employers (including local and national government departments) submit the applications.

There are strict rules that govern the handling of the documentation.

You need to check with the Spanish immigration authority where your check normally comes from or contact the Home Office.

I'm with you. England is a dump, full of whining wankers who blame everything on foreigners. Don't regret leaving for a second.
