When I see these words in a question, it is almost always in the context of a misleading and baited rhetorical question which closes any real communication. Has our country lost the ability to have actual political discourse in a way that can create compromise and unity?

Who thinks tonight's Democratic Debate was just
plain boring? Were they all afraid to question or
attack each other? Not much of a debate in this one.
Still more of their "put-downs" of Bush administration.
Surely the Republican Debate will be much better
next week.

What are the liberal presidential candidates, move on's, and other left wing groups ideas for handling radical and extreme Islamic groups like al queda and others? No knee jerk conservative capitulation comments please (I'm a conservative). I just want to know what the reasonable and responsible left thinks they are going to do about this international "problem" or do they see it as a problem?

Do you understand that the vast majority of Iraqi people do not want secular bloodshed?

Do you not understand that the extremists have a better chance of taking over the country, if they divide the people in Iraq against one another? Do you think most Iraqi's are extremists, who want that?

Why do liberals think that all Iraqi's are extremist animals, and are incapable of wanting to live in freedom?

Is it because of their quality healthcare, well funded social services, and outstanding education system? Did you know that they pay 60% taxes to the government? Wow, sounds like a conservative's nightmare, doesn't it? Sweden, Iceland, Switzerland, and Finland also ranked high. Why is it that all of these liberal northern European countries are so close to socialism, yet so happy? Don't they know that spending money as individuals see fit is better than this socialist-communit-liberal-orgy that is their government? What do you conservatives think about that?

By the way, the U.S. was rated the 23rd.

The bottom of the list was filled with mostly African countries.

I have often wondered why GWB gets all the blame for the war in Iraq. Don't get me wrong, mistakes were made and the top guy gets the blame and he should. However, top democrats made these comments:

"If you allow someone like Saddam Hussein to get nuclear weapons, ballistic missiles, chemical weapons, biological weapons, how many people is he going to kill with such weapons? He's already demonstrated a willingness to use these weapons." Al Gore 1998

"Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection program." Nancy Pelosi 1998

Should these people and other top democrats also be made accountable especially since many of these statements were made before GWB took office?

What do you think?

Our planet has hit a critical popluation number. Global warming, wars, crime, energy crisis, over development, polution, rain forest decline, species extinction are not going to go away as long as the population continues to grow.
It is amazing that the environmentalists, conservationists, and tree huggers do not realize this.
For instance, increasing MPH for all vehicles won't do anyting if the US population continues to grow at an expodential rate.
Think about India and China? With there population growth, it does not matter if cars get 200 mph, we are running out of oil.
Doesn't anyone get it? We have too many people in this world, and it is only getting worse.
Social programs, birth control, tax incentives all have to be promoted globally to lower the global population.
If we don't act, the world will become one big urban ghetto

It seems when you ask a liberal a question or state facts they don't like, they simply dodge the question. It is almost like the words "yes" and "no" are not in their vocabulary. I'll make this easy because I know liberals know what yes and no means on a question like this. Do you hate George W. Bush? Yes or No. It is not that complicated. Now let's try another one. Do liberals like FACTS when they don't support their views? Yes or No. Once again, it is not that complicated.

For example, in a previous question I was wondering how liberals could possibly justify why ratings for their leaders in the house and the senate are roughly the same and in some cases lower than the "evil" George Bush. Liberals love to push facts when they are in their favor. Had I posted a poll stating the Liberals were blowing Conservatives out of the water, they would have been foaming at the mouth. However in this poll, the FACTS don't reflect their views. They respond by bashing Bush the normal dodging of the question and stating things that make them feel better. So once again, do liberals like facts when they don't reflect their views?
