Yes, they do greatly effect the USA economy. They drive down wages and put great stress on the Health care and education...I didn't even start mentioning the fact that they are notorious for living 20+ to one house and they usually don't pay ANY taxes.
The only REALISTIC answer is to send them home. They don't belong here and are destroying the USA.
Amnesty for lawbreakers? Hmmm...I wonder how the people who have had their ID stolen feel about THIS one!

They are ruining the American economy in all the ways alway recited here. No, amnesty would not solve the problem. Amnesty has been given several times in the past and it never solved the problem those times, either. They need to all be deported. Solve the problem by enforcing all the immigration laws consistently until they get the message and stop coming. Nail the employers who hire them, consistently and fully, as well.

There is not one thing positive about an illegal being here. There are so many negatives to our economy because of their presence it would be too lengthy to mention. The solution is give them a choice. Go home or get shot I will point out that this not only should apply to Mexicans but all illegals. No amnesty!.

the money illegals pay into soc sec is going right into a "no experience" fund if the call and quantity do not experience. The Treasury Dept takes those fund to pay for federal centers, and illegals use federal centers. in the event that they paid interior the money you all declare why is social risk-free practices going broke? If we are to have confidence you there may be adequate money till finally eternity. however the money they pay in will, at maximum, shop social risk-free practices afloat 4 years longer. 2nd LPR are eligible for social risk-free practices reward and all different federal, state and local centers. With approx $20 billion a 365 days under pressure to Mexico how plenty might desire to they have left to spend right here? So the buyer perspective is quite skinny too. IRS rfile- 6 million person income tax returns have been filed via undocumented workers. So i think that one won't fly the two. They pay taxes and get tax refunds. And shall we seem at this fact- if mexicans are such complicated workers, so family orientated, in simple terms finding for a greater helpful existence WHY ARE THE aspects THEY stay IN commencing as much as seem in simple terms like MEXICO?

yes...illegal immigrants come here clog up our court systems, take away money that is rightful deserving to people who need it, work for little so they take away jobs from those that need them oh and even if they are illegal they can still get tax id numbers so when tax time comes around they can file taxes and get money back including eic. many refuse to learn the language and live 20 in a house therefore lowering the value of property in the neighborhoods they live in. They don't have proper id so therefore they can't get licenses to drive so when they cause accidents they can't pay for the damages done...
If you're here under the proper means then by all means welcome and enjoy but if not then they need to be sent home. Coming here illegally is a crime and they should be treated as such. If not it is sending a mixed signal that it is ok to commit some crimes but not others. Where will it end then. Understandable many come over because of the lives that they lead in their countries and my heart goes out to all of those that suffer but do not come into this country illegal and take away from those that are here and deserve it. If you do and thenyou get caught then you should get sent home.
For those of you who have a problem with what I say: first of all I'm hispanic and two deal with it.
I'll get off my soapbox now.

mexico is not a poor country and we are footing the bill for their corruption and if its not stopped when ? really when? that source of the problem will still be there right .

It effects the economy in many ways (schools, medical services, etc.).
Not sure what the answer(s) are because what do we do -- send the parents back while the children born here are allowed to stay. Very complicated, but the healthcare and social service system can't continue like it is.

It costs more than 2 dollars in tax payer money for every dollar of benefit from illegals.
Its been said a bunch of times, take away the incentive to come illegally and they will either come legally or not at all.

$40 for a head of lettuce? yeah, ok. Is that what Americans paid before the illegal invasion? please
I believe that if we simply enforced the laws illegal immigrants would self deport, there would be no chance of them abusing the system anymore
