Somepeople dont like us cuz they think we just come to the united state to take over there place.... But we come to look for a better live and we come here to help your family in mexico... Cuz we cant bring all of your family memebers..... Some we come here to get a job and send my to your family cuz they really need it......Cuz they can get really sick if they dont have any money for the doctor or other things they need...... That is why we come to the united state....

Went to an official function with my husband. The COB was mingling and being social. He came up to my husband and shook his hand. My husband went to re-introduce me. (polite thing to do) And the COB held up his hand and said "I know you alredy" and walked away. I am the VP for the family readiness group and have asked for assistance recently but, we are a new group and I admit my husband is only an E-4 (I am also new to the navy... only 3 yrs).

So, how do I take this matter? Was he truly being rude or am I just viewing it the wrong way? Many of the crew truly dislike him, I maintain a working relationship with him because that is the correct thing to do. Do I readdress the matter with him? If so, how?

last year myself and my partner were arrested for the theft of £1000 from the shop where we both worked, we were both arrested at our home and our home searched, detained for 12 hours and released on bail. two days later the money was found down the back of a drawer, neither of us had touched it as we were off suspended. We tried to find out about taking action against the police and/or the company, but to no avail. I have since left the job having been off with stress since the incedent. It seems people can claim damages for pretty much anything nowasdays, why not wrongful arrest?

Ok, so yesterday (where there was road construction) .. I was driving in the left lane and the right lane had an arrow up that said "MERGE LEFT" .. so, the lady merged into my lane and hit me!
I'm 6 and a half months pregnant and had to spend 6 hrs. in the ER hooked up to monitors to monitor my baby to make sure he was ok.
The lady said, (and told the police officer) .. she MERGED because her lane said MERGE therefore she isn't at fault??
what the heck?
SHE MERGED INTO MY LANE .. I HAD THE RIGHT OF WAY!
how can she claim that I was at fault?? I was in the lane she MERGED into!
Now, I have to battle it out with the ins. company.
(there is damage to my right passanger side next to the head light and damage at the back of her car on the driver side where she came right into me. she gunned it which caused my car to shake and caused dents and scratches to my car).


any suggestions??

All I do is try to prevent other users from being bombarded with violation reports resulting in suspension. The resident multiple id CT spammer has made it a quest to rid the board of anyone that disagrees with her/his "delusions" of conspiracy. Many of my "friends" have been suspended for having the nerve to state their opinion. YA doesn't seem to care, as he/she continues with her assault. Does this make ME the troll?
