I know it goes against Muslim faith however, are there actually any Federal or State laws that would prohibit the marriage?

Nope. There isn't a law that says you have to marry someone. It's America; you can marry whoever you want (unless your gay, and we're working on this one).

I wouldn't think so. I think that would start stepping into the separation of church and state thing. They can't legislate religious beliefs.
