Las Vegas , Nevada you can even have Elvis to marry you. Now overseas....hmmm. Not satisfied with marrying her once? Or do you have plans of marrying another? lol**

Places like Las Vegas or Gatlinburg are very quick. You can legally obtain your marriage liscence and get married under the same roof within the hour.
You can do this at just about any court house to but at times may have to wait for an appontment with the JP.

Vegas would be the fastest in the US (same day) or Nevada for that matter. Not sure about overseas, but if your in the military, forget the fast track for anything overseas.
