My daughter has not seen her bio dad for 2 years due to a restraining order we placed on him. My daughter was only able to be checked by one specialist in our area for any signs of molestation. The dumb doctor wouldn't see her until a month after my daughter had last seen her bio dad. We have been to SARC and CPS and have talked with a police officer, who started her case. We just found out that the officer was lazy and didn't do his job and are now assigned to a new officer. All we have been able to do is have a restraining order and get her in counseling. I feel like we're just being pushed to the side. What can I do to protect her from a horrible man? He also has mentally abused me and came close to raping me when I was married to the idiot. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

Just wondering if the Navy has alot of broken promises, as in, they give you a job but it actually isn't the job they said they'll give you or any other examples. And how far can i go before i cant back out anymore, i.e after the job counselor?

How many people, like me, find it odd that Bush is so defensive and protective of Gonzales. The congress doesn't trust Gonzales, people don't like him and even the Republicans are asking some pretty pointed qwuestions..

And yet, Bush, goes on defending him. is he afraid of a little blackmail perhaps... has Gonzales done enough dirty jobs for him that he figures he'd better defend him.

Makes you wonder.. in this dirty Whitehouse.. it does make you wonder.

I was divorced in 2003 and in our custody orders there is a morality clause stating no one of the opposite sex can be around the children unless related by blood or marriage between 12am until 6am. My boyfriend and I have been talking about moving in together but I have custody of the kids and don't want to get in trouble for not following this order. My ex rarly get the kids on his wkends, but when he does they stay with him & his girlfriend at his parents. He also keeps switching jobs so child support office can't find him. I am finally happy after 11 miserable years, but want to do things right and can not afford an attorney. I live in Texas. Thanks

What do you think about the gas prices right now...Last wednesday here, they dropped down to 2.65 a gallon and stayed that way till last night. Than this morning they jumped up to 2.85 a gallon...isn't it disgusting.

I read candidates going on and on about many topics that may or may not be important. To me, and many families in the United States, the ever increasing price of gas at the pump may be the most important issue in the upcoming election next the war in iraq. I worked in Chicago for three years doing a number of biotechnology jobs that paid in the range of 25k to 35k a year. however, for many of these jobs i had to drive round trip about 100miles a day with no assistance from the job for driving costs, and public transportation to these jobs either did not exist or required multiple transfers that would have taken hours to complete. now with the price of gas being what it is, i have no idea how some people are surviving and have enough for family recreation. I went back to school to try and earn a higher degree and my stipend pays me more than enough to survive, but every month i read articles saying families must cut recreation out of their lives, what are you going to do to help us?

I was just kicked out of a Middle East Relations class because I refused to agree with the professor that we shouldn't be in Iraq. He also gave me a C on my last essay because I support the 2nd Amendment. (Keep in mind that EVERY SINGLE PERSON who supported gun control got an A....I know because the grades were posted.) I tried to lodge a complaint with the Dean of the department, but apparantley the professor has tenure and has the Dean in his pocket. He told me I might want to consider "playing the game" if it means getting into law school in August. I said "sorry, some things are more important than grades."

People think because someone is not allied with the big two parties that third party type canididates cannot win. That thought processis because they are meant to follow people with the most money. Is there ANY WAY to wake these people up and LET them realize that they are jumping off the proverbial cliff by voting for the big two parties?

This country needs help and even with all the unconstitutional acts of treason the big two parties have committed people still follow them and vote for the lesser of the two big evils?

But liberals who talk the end of the world due to global warming are not labeled nut jobs. Example Cheryl Crow says we should use one square of TP a day to wipe with, to end global warming.
