To be honest Bush is the better liar. He hasn't been caught yet (or at least there are a number who still believe in him)

Well obviously Clinton was a better liar, he had to tell everyone he lied.. Bush is just being accused of it, so Bush must not be a very good one if everyone has his number!!
And have you seen Bush's serious face? it's not very serious. Clinton on the other hand always had his serious face on.

Bush: "I am not close friends with Jack Abramoff." (He visited the Crawford Ranch 6 times)
Bush: "No one could foresee that the levees would breach in New Orleans." (In a recorded conversation, Michael Brown warned Bush that "the levees would likely breach")
Bush: "We cannot wire tap without a court order." (He ignored the courts and wire tapped)
Bush: "Saddam was part of the 9-11 conspiracy." (Saddam had nothing to do with 9-11)

Seeing that Bush has not lied about anything, he has nothing to admit. And seeing that Clinton got busted in his lies, that means he's not a very good liar, so the question is moot!
