I recently posted a question, and only got a few responses. So I reposted this past weekend. It was reported for violation, but I didn't use profanity, refrained from direct name calling. I did us the term "Neocon" just to shorten Neoconservative, which I believe to be a legitimate term and not derogatory. My Question involved Iraq being the "cemetary of NeoCon dreams". Meaning because our assertions to the world on Iraq have proven to be false, we have lost credibility and integrity in the world it has impacted our Global Authority. We told the world there were WMD's and there were none so what are the chances of them believing us next time? The "cry wolf" scenario. It has greatly deminished our "soft power" that is merely because we say so and have big guns, gets the job done and supports the "hard power" or use of military force. So our influence has decreased. I thought it was a broad overhead analysis and I was hoping for constructive intelligent discourse and got reported.

"In every country where man is free to think and to speak, differences of opinion will arise from difference of perception, and the imperfection of reason; but these differences when permitted, as in this happy country, to purify themselves by free discussion, are but as passing clouds overspreading our land transiently and leaving our horizon more bright and serene." --Thomas Jefferson to Benjamin Waring, 1801.

Do you agree with the sentiment or are we all just tilting at windmills? It looks more like threatening storm clouds to me at times.......

I am not sure if people usually post questions with this depth of seriousness, butI am in desperate need of advice!
I need an attorney to regain the gaurdianship of my child. I signed gaurdianship to my aunt when I was incarcerated b/c I knew she would take care of him. Now...she doesn't want to let me have him back!
Please don't lecture me on doing bad things...I learned my lesson! I was incarcerated for a crime I comitted about 2 years prior. I have completely turned my life around. It seems like, the better I do, The more she tries to keep me from him.
I am working so hard for this.
I am a full time college student, I have a full time job, and a part time job as well. Please don't tell me to just forget about it, and let her have him...that isn't an option! He could have much more out of life being with me, and I refuse to give up.
I just need any advice about what to say to an attorney...what to ask for...anything! Thank You in advance!

A good contrast with the furore surrounding the "integration" debate in Britain is to look at what happens when Anglophone Brits move overseas: rarely do they learn the local language, culture or "integrate" in the way they demand of immigrants to Britain. Therefore, should the British abroad - i.e., Spain and Portugal - be encouraged or forced to "integrate"?

I have strong evidence that I was a victim of bait and switch. The incident was related to a car dealership claiming a certain price on a van and then claiming that the van had been sold after we got there. I have determined that the van was not sold and is still for sale. If I want to bring a lawsuit over this matter, what steps should I take?

and how much war and bloodshed came as a result? And do you realize that Iraq is a technologically advanced tribal nation? With this in mind, how long and how much more death and destruction do you think it will take to bring democracy to Iraq?

She says she will clean up the White House. By "clean up", does she mean "clean out" like she did when she stole the White House silverware, or "clean up" some more evidence of corruption that still exists in regards to the Clinton Administration?

There seem to be no true Goldwater conservatives left. Conservatives like Barry Goldwater believed in smaller government, in accountability to the people and honesty.( Karl Rove's thousands of lost e-mails, Alberto Gonzalez can't remember his own name under oath) Goldwater did not believe that social issues had any business in politics. He would not have used gay marriages, abortion or religion as campaign issues. He was a fiscal conservative who believed that if you were in a war such as Vietnam, you fought to win it. Where are these conservatives today?
