My husband and I signed a one year rental agreement. My husband and I separated in December and I don't have a job. I can't pay my rent this month. The landlord has threatened to evict me at the end of this month for non payment of this months rent. This is the only month's payment that I have missed.

"And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country. My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man."

It seems to me that the Democratic Party from which JFK came no longer exists. Why is that?

People often look at the military as a "last resort." However, most soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines I've met are very capable and confident individuals. All have a HS diploma or GED and most have some college or a degree. What is the deal?

How big of a role, if any, do you think the Presidental Canidates will consisder the "thinking" here on Q & A. Otherwords, do you think any of the canidates look here on Yahoo to get a general "overview" of what peoples concerns and issues are today? And will they bring out these issues to gain more popularity and votes strickly from the information they find here? This is an excellent place to find out what is going in peoples minds, right?

That was back in January they said they would return within 2 weeks, it is now months later and they do not answer our calls. They get in touch with other family and give them different dates that they are returning our vehicle what are our options?

with all the fear the "bush regime" is spewing about terrorism....but what atre they doing about securing the border that thousands ofpeople cross over every day? theyre not all people looking for a better life.....

is the fear of attack just an excuse to get people to follow blindly, cause i would think that an insecure border would be higher priority than some people on another continent that might maybe attack us....is it just an ugly subject that no one wants to touch?

well someones touched it, private companies are hiring border patrol agents (look in any southwestern newspaper, about 6 months ago) and some of them are hiring cops. all of them are well armed because i see them every day. is this bushes answer? because its actually kinda scary.

the border is more important than any other security "risks" right now, lets get the rednecks with shotguns off the border and a real plan to secure it. whose with me?

Menufoods was aware of the pet food poisoning problem, well before alerting the public . Very bad .
Numerous news reports claim that anywhere from 80 to 120 brands were affected. . . Menufoods first claimed 20 or 30ish, but now only acknowledges 53. . . Bad
Veterinarians are currently being surveyed all over the country . So far , although only 10% of the surveys have been completed. . . 417 pet deaths have been attributed to their products. . . if current percentages hold true. . that means that over 4000 of our pets will die. . . .Very, Very Bad

I do understand that the source of 'wheat gluten' is likely to blame, but what about Menufoods dragging their feet to inform us of a POISONING !! Then, rather than come clean immediately, they chose to 'trickle' the news, bit by bit !! . . Very, Very Bad

What do you folks think ?

In which she writes "Democracy is a radical idea" and promotes the notion that socialism can be foisted ON to the population from the top down. It was locked down tight during the Clinton administration, now all anyone can do is go in a closed off room with blank paper and a pencil, and no more than two pages can be photocopied. She's obviously trying to hide the fact that she's a socialist, and we should be very scared of her real intentions to use socialized healthcare to "get us under control". There are much better ways to remedy healthcare without gutting and raping the system so she can achieve her socialist agenda.
She also said for 10 years, and it's in Bill Clinton's book MY LIFE, that she was named after Sir Edmund Hillary, but he climbed Mt. Everest 6 years AFTER she was born!
Bill, has been accused or RAPE and sexual misconduct so many times and she has never once spoken out or stood against his behavior. That makes her an enabler, not pro-women's rights! Danger

It seems we are blighted by bad or at least non ideal leaders. But how can we know who would make a good leader, and who would not? Is there anything we can look out for? Can we tell it before we see them in action, or do we have to elect them, and then hope that they turn out good?
