I've gotten a mail from my aunt in Japan, and all I got was the top side of the box (with label) that was supposed to be shipped. There was 2 pieces of letter of my aunt, but not any item that she wanted to send me. That is kind of wierd that the postal service shipped the letter but not the items. If the box was broken and all items were gone somewhere, how did they find the letter... My question is can I get any vouchment from the postal service? The shipping fee was about $80 and I feel really sorry for my aunt.

I'm not trying to be provocative here, it is just that I've read where some people say that there is a difference. I would like to know what that difference is. I personally don't see one. I believe in both cases that it was political, plain and simple. Now, there is nothing wrong with that. These US Attorneys got their jobs because of politics. They aren't there because of anything else. What do you say?

Hi,

Can anyone interpret this line for me: Kevin (me)
will provide You with one upgrade of the Software at no cost for each license to one subsequent version of Maya (software my tool will be used on) subsequent version 8.

Does this mean they can upgrade from 8 to 9 for free but not 8 to 10?

Thanks!

I believe that 2008 will bring the US a president like we've never seen before. But will it be a black man, or a white woman? Senator Obama looks like the brightest star to me, but I want to know what you think.

My heart tells me it's too bad that some people's work conditions are poor relative to mine.

My brain tells me that since 99.99% of them aren't in fact forced to work where they work but actually chose that over other, even harsher options, and that since "not doing business with companies or countries that treat their workers poorly" means the "sweatshops" shut down and the people you feel sorry for making 25 cents a day have to go back to making 10 cents a day in the fields, and that since in every historical example each generation's working conditions improve, doing nothing is better than doing anything that has been suggested.

Thoughts?

I agree that equal opportunities are deserved by everyone, but polls taken in the Army itself show how little those serving would want Gay individuals serving alongside them, and sexual tension has and always will destroy efficiency. So; really, it's a matter of principles, does our desire to be just outweigh the negative effects a repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell may cause? What are your opinions on the matter?

in a housing situation, where a relative owns a house and you are buying a house from them, but you have no legal documentation and they say you owe them money, but you have been paying and you get no receipts from them, legally what are your rights, if you have no documentation, lease or otherwise saying you agree to pay anything. no signatures or nothing.

i got my hat taken away from me today from a school employee when i was sitting listening to what she had to say. it is a hat with two crossing pistols on it whith the maker's name on it "pistol Pete" i think that this is ludacris and they should give me my hat back since it is my constitutional right to wear whatever the hell i want. another reason why it is not ok to take my hat is because it is not distracting. but they said that my hat " is not promoting a safe environment ". umm people at my school are bringing chains to school with self defense weapons on their keychain and yet they have to take away my hat...

(please when you answer this give me lawful facts of why i should not be allowed to wear my hat in school, not your oppinion of why i should not be conserned with something so trivial as what i wear to school.)

An Adminstrator from another website has made attempts to hack into my PC with Trojan spyware. This person has successfully hacked into the computers of other members. I am contacting my attorney in the a.m. I would like to know if anyone has gone through this with a website before. Afterall, the virus that the person is using is capable of downloading personal files. Couldn't the FBI get involved?

We're talking about the same government who said they would never let genocide happen ever again. Bush tells us Saddam was a mad man with weapons of mass destruction.. and was wrong..and that Saddam was opressing his people.. What about Darfur!! hundreds of thousands of men women and children are being slaughtered and not one US troop is stationed there! Why aren't we putting Democracy on them and overthrowing their government? It doesnt make sense. DONT THEY KNOW THAT GENOCIDE IS THE ULTIMATE FORM OF TERRORISM?? Why arent we fighting those killers instead of twidling our thumbs in Iraq? Because it doesn't fit their sinister agenda.. Their claims are too inconsistent.. Why should we believe them anymore?
