An administrator from a messageboard is hacking into personal computers.?

An Adminstrator from another website has made attempts to hack into my PC with Trojan spyware. This person has successfully hacked into the computers of other members. I am contacting my attorney in the a.m. I would like to know if anyone has gone through this with a website before. Afterall, the virus that the person is using is capable of downloading personal files. Couldn't the FBI get involved?

Go to your local police or sheriff. They are becoming more active in pursuing this sort of crime.
