I'm looking for a way to counter unpatriotic liberals who keep bringing this up. Funny though, because while Clinton was impeached for raping monica, Bush has been framed by the democrats on everything.

thanks!

an "ecological Holocaust". According to the Nashville Electric Service, he uses about 20 times more in electricity in his mansion as the average household. Following Mr. Gore's analogy, wouldn't that make him the equivalent of the Nazi soldier pumping gas into the showers?

President Bush is allowing a few of his top aides to testify before congress, however they will not be testifying under oath. Is it illegal to lie to a congressional committee and if so what is the argument about. Are you bound by the law to tell the truth to a congressional committee whether you are under oath or not?

If Israel is really concerned about its security why did it build the apartheid wall on the lands of the West Bank which are supposed to be for the Palestinians? Why didn't Israel build the wall on the green line? Don't you notice that Israel is trying to destroy the Palestinian economy and seize more lands by doing this?

I was just thinking about this because like the Roman Empire the US too is doing exactly the same sort of things that destroyed the Romans. Along with miscegenation and cultural and racial oblivion they are also spreading themselves too thinly across too many spectrums, the Romans with their Empire stretched themselves across the Middle East and they destroyed their central leadership in the end.

They thought they could blend all races and creeds together and all that happend in the end was the destruction and the end of the Empire on the whole, racially and also culturally. They became too liberal and relaxed about their moral standing and in the end destroyed themselves in the process just like America is now with its arrogance and supercilious disregard for normality and sensibility.

A high end culture reaches a point then implodes and what we see now in America with its high immigration rates is exactly what happend in Rome and will end up happening here too.

This question refers to US Code: Title 18, section 1462 ( http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode18/usc_sec_18_00001462----000-.html
), as well as similair laws in the same chapter ( http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode18/usc_sup_01_18_10_I_20_71.html )

My question is, within that law and the other similair ones in the same chapter, are the definitions of "obscene," "lewd," "lascivious," "filthy," etc. synominous with obscenity under the Miller Test?

Thefore, if an item does *not* meet the Miller Test for obscenity, however objectionable it may be, it is exempt from being classified as "lewd," "filthy," etc. and therefore is *not* subject to the limits and penalties of these obscenity laws, correct?

I would guess so, as the title of the laws refer specifically obscenity. However, since I'm presently doing my best to avoid sick smut and excercise discretion in my internet surfing, I shouldn't worry about this. =)

Thank you in advance to anyone who replies. =)

OK in march of 2005 he was arrested for CDS: POSSESSION-MARIHUANA when he went to court in April of 2006 the judge gave him 1 year PBJ to be up in April of 2007. In May of 2006 he was arrested again for CDS MANUF/DISTRIBUTE then went to ocurt for that January 2007 where he received 3 years probation. In February of 2007 they issued a violation of probation warrant for him. Then when he went to see his Probation Officer in March 2007 they arrested him for the warrant. He has been locked up since 3/22/07 with no bail until he goes to the violation of probation hearing. The hearing is scheduled for 4/4/2007 what will most likely happen becuase again the probation is up on 4/12/07. I know i can ask his family but I am his son's mother and I guess since we are not getting along they do not want to tell me anyhting. I just want to know for my son as far as who will support him.
