I could:
(1) Have my driver license suspended for 28 days, going only to work, church, and school, then drive for 2 months only during daylight hours. No passengers except immediate family members. Goes off my record. Attend driving school for 4 hours. Cost: $100.00

(2) Normal pay the fine. Goes on record. Insurance cost increases. Cost: $119.00 plus insurance. Driver license privileges unaffected.

I was going 42 in a 20. lol.

Im under 18 so I have the option of the "juvenile program." I heard it was 2 weeks, but the court told me I was going so fast they bumped it to 28 days

I always pay it cuz I'm lazy. Extra $19 for my life to stay normal sounds good. But what's more important. Do you want it off your record sooner than later?

Pay the fine and go to traffic school. When you do that, the point shouldn't go on your record. At least that's the way it is here in California.

Go for 1. Learn something at driving school. dont take driving for granted. Cant feel sorry for you. you may have 1 ticket But it only says you got caught this time

i take 1 but if u want a speedier option then take 2. I mean your driver license is suspended but u can only go to school and church right. With that u can drive anywhere all you have to tell then is that you were driving to church.

How fast were you going to get such a crap deal? Wow...

There's no option to pay the fine and court supervision fees? Hmmmm... Ya know, I would go for the first one though. You'll eventually save more because it won't go on your record.

It'll be a PITA, but, ya gotta think about what's more important.

I would do option one.
It's more temporary.
Save you money now and in the future.
Keep a safe record and a cheap car insurance.
You would also save gas money not driving.

choose #1.

don't pay those darn insurance people one more dime, its bad enough they charge extra if you have bad credit and you could have a perfect driving record.

This way your scott free.

btw you can apply for a hardship licence during this time and you can still drive.

Um... 1 for properness and no bad record.

2 if you're really, really, really, lazy and don't care.

Ask your ins agent how either one would affect yourinsurance before you decide.

I suggest you be sitting down when he tells you.
