Recently, the state parole board saw fit to release a violent child rapist/murderer and allow this monster to relocate to my community.

This animal now spends his days sitting on his porch staring at children and likely planning an assault on his next victim.

We wish to remove this animal from our community before this can occur and have run out of legal options. Also, we do not wish to curse another community with his presence.

Also, it's clear that local authorities would be glad to see this animal put down and would not be able to solve his murder regardless of how much evidence might be present.

However, the federal government now protects child molesters at the expense of civilized people, and considers it a violation of the molesters "civil rights" to put it down.

Thus, we are concerned that federal authorities might become involved and prosecute a civilized person for protecting their children from this animal.

So he fired a few attorney generals. Clinton fired 93 under his watch and during some very important investigations. Jay Stephens, then U.S. Attorney in the District of Columbia, was investigating then Ways and Means Chairman Dan Rostenkowski, and was "within 30 days" of making a decision on an indictment. Mr. Rostenkowski, who was shepherding the Clinton's economic program through Congress, eventually went to jail on mail fraud charges and was later pardoned by Mr. Clinton.

As of Feb. 5, 2007, all employees who work in San Francisco whether they work part time, full time or even as a temp, they are entitled to a paid sick leave. However, as a temp, only one staffing agency notified me on how I can use the sick leave law. I am also registered with other agencies as well for work, but they didn't notify me on how it will affect their clients. But somebody told me that I was suppose to be notified. So, do the other agencies don't think I am an employee?

C'mon! This past election was a farse. The only thing the democrats did was run against the current administration. I didn't hear 1 candidate that actually came up with a novel idea and ran on that idea and won!

It has been said that the current attorney general (Alberto Gonzales) is performing as if he is the president's personal attorney. Certainly- his politics and agenda are closely aligned with the Pres. In addition to the current scandal, remember, this is the guy who denied security clearences to inspector general's office investigators on potential Patriot Act violations. (unarguably a partisan decision- not a legal one)

While it is certainly true that the position *is* a presidential appointment, do you believe that his role should be to serve the president, or be a non-partisan position. Remember- the next president could be a Democrat.

Recently, our local hospital has implemented a Dunkin Donuts within its main lobby... I have found that there is NO LINE there in the morning and have been going there to get my morning coffee (since the other Dunkin Donuts in town have a wait upwards of 20 minutes).

I normally park in the emergency parking area so I can run in and get my coffee, and up till this morning I have not had an issue. Today, my car was on the 'hooks' of a flat bed and they were moving it on when I came out. I tried to discuss this with the tow truck guy, even offering him a bribe but he REFUSED to take my car off the hooks.
I felt this guy was VERY rude to me and I'm thinking of pressing charges against the tow truck company...I was in that parking spot for less than 2 minutes and he had my car...it was almost like he was waiting for me...

do I have a case against him and my 100.00 impound fee?

would liberals trust the clintons, gore, george soros, ted turner, john murtha, pelosi, obama, keith ellison, etc. to pay the same taxes? they always bash the "evil rich" and want to take their money. these democrats are also very rich, soros is a billionaire. maybe these people (including conservatives) dont pay taxes now, but at least the people pay less taxes. so would liberals trust their own rich segment to pay their taxes? maybe their funds are all offshore...

When I was younger, I used to believe that having rights was a given. The Constitution and Bill of Rights were fought for, bled for and many are still dying for them.
If I am advised that these days my rights have not been violated unless it is because of a few catagories (race, religion, sex or handicap). Am I unable to excersise the Right to Free Speech or Peaceful Assembly without fear of reprisal?
As a protestant white woman am I excluded from Speech and Assembly and Civic Participation without persecution? Has the Constitution changed in a way that I am unaware. Is this too menial for our Nations courtrooms?

This is a follow up on from a previous question. I've contacted our solicitor who is acting on my son's behalf and said we werent happy that he had pleaded guilty on the goodyear plea, when he is in fact not guilty of intended to rob the complainant. He was advised by his barrister that, and these are her words, two options plead guilty and get an indication of sentencing or be found guilty if its taken to trial and get max sentence of 4yrs. The complainant took off his belt and swung it around as a defence. He had a knife on him which he used merely to repair his bike, which was under 3ins long and in a battered condition. This fell out of his pocket when he was running away. And was seen by the complainant who was chasing him. My son didnt use this knife against the complainant. Now the solicitor says that he had agreed to the plea with the understanding that he knew what it entailed, but we were advised differently. And we want to change the plea. He just asked the guy a question

They believe that just because somebody makes a good salary, that poor people are somehow entitled to part of it? How do you figure that? Just because somebody makes good money does not mean they should be taxed outrageously high A lot of people with money work just as hard as others without it. Then, there is the issue of centralized healthcare. That would never work, and our income tax would be at least 50%! The only reason health insurance is so high in this country is because of all the illegals, minorities, and lazy people who do not want to work, going to hospitals and getting healthcare for free. Insurance companies pick up the tab, and therefore have to raise our rates. Another thing libs believe- Illegals, they have the right to be here. NO THEY DONT! They are destroying our economy, and our whole country for that matter. But, these libs think because "they are people too" that they deserve to be in a country they came illegally to. Send them back, and send the libs with them!
