Has he been convicted? Has he been sentenced? Where is the evidence?

I have no doubt that Kalid deserves to be hung. But it should be done properly. I believed Colin Powell when he told the world that Saddam had WMDs. Why should I trust BushCo now?

Only a moron would think that I meant properly hung. Properly convicted is what I meant.

By allowing men to be held without them being charged, trying them without disclosing the evidence, convicting them without them being present at the trial and denying them counsel GWB has willingly sat down with other world leaders who have done the same thing: Stalin, Hitler, Hussein.
But far worse than that, we as Americans that don't oppose him on this share in his sins and therefore take ownership for themselves of his crimes.
Didn't take long to get a thumbs down for telling the truth.

While I know there are cases still awaiting disposition in the Federal Courts, the last time I checked, according to the courts, a Military Tribunal is valid.

Why do I sense that, no matter how this was handled, you would have an issue with it because George W. Bush is in the White House.

Believe what you want. Something tells me that if you DID SEE THE EVIDENCE, that you would find fault with it to where you would not believe it anyway. Tell me, oh knowledgeable one, HOW DO YOU PROPERLY HANG SOMEONE? Maybe I'll get ole Colin to give you a call to convince you.
