We send people to jail.. we pay for them to be there, then they get out and have trouble being a productive member of society because.... they were in jail... granted violent offenders don't need to be left on the streets.. and jail is an appropriate place for such people... but for non-violent offenders wouldn't education and rehabilitation programs that gave them skills for the real world be more efficient in the long run.. these people could become productive members of society instead of falling into the cycle of crime... desperation causes many of the non-violent crimes.. take away the desperation by giving them pride and hope.. you no longer have need of the crime.

Time has altered a picture of President Ronald Reagan to appear that he has a tear running down his face. . . an implication that he'd be disappointed in the Republican Party . Time did not RESEARCH nor check sources when they did that and Reagan's family is outraged !!

Does anyone else find it HYPOCRITICAL that Rosie - and all those LIBS - attacked Mel Gibson relentlessly for what he said about Jews when he was drunk....
....but they IGNORE what KSM said about "I decapitated with my blessed right hand ---" oh, it's too disgusting to quote!
All the LIBS focus is the CLAIM by a mass murderer that he was tortured.
NOT on the fact that he murdered a man SIMPLY because of his religion - and that he murdered in the NAME of his "peaceful" religion.
These LIBS are so blind by their hatred toward the USA that they cannot see the hatred of KSM and his mass murdering cult.

When victims have been beaten and call for help, they are asked what might have caused the beating. In some cities in the U.S. when the victim turns the abuser in for something illegal like marijuana the victim also gets arrested. There are cases where the abuser even admits ownership of the illegal substance. Many victims claim that they should not be responsible for what their spouse or partner participates in. Many of them are in enough danger trying to escape the violent relationship and cannot imagine trying to control the illegal habit of the abuser.

In major events like this in the past, such as JFK and Pearl Harbor, investigations were launched within 2 weeks. Why didn't our president launch an investigation into 9/11 sooner? It took pressure from the Jersey Girls to finally start one.

Is this not suspicious to you?

Oh yeah, Bush didn't want to reveal how we get our information...but then what was FDR thinking launching an investigation so soon after pearl harbor?

Any mention of pro-immigration for example is met with histerical clapping and aproval and the race card brought out with any dissent. People have stated they know left wing orginisations target them with their members with their dogmatic views,also if you participate in bbc message boards you are asked for your phone number so as the bbc might contact you asking you on their programme audiences (conveniantly already knowing your views).The public consistently records over 80%opposition to further immigration, so how do you explain it.
