I can't give you any websites, but I do need to tell you that many of the websites which porport to provide you with do-it-yourself wills are practicing law without a license.

Those who provide you with a pre-printed form with blanks are doing you a disservice.

While it is LEGAL to write your own will, its extremely foolish to do so. The laws of inheritance vary greatly from state to state, and its very difficult for software manufacturers to keep up with the changes in the law... for often the change isn't enacted by the legislature but is a ruling by a court.

When buying a fill-in-the-blank form, you are not availing yourself of the knowledge and experience of an attorney. A simple will shouldn't cost more than $200 to $300, and you will save yourself and your heirs a lot of time and money and headaches.

For a referral to an attorney, contact your local or state bar association.
