I believe Cheney will most probably finish his term out even after the Scooter Libby trial verdict has been given. I don't think he wants to put any more stigma on his administration and the Republican party. I will give it a 90% chance of him finishing his term, the only way he'll leave is if something big happens.

Here comes the part where the rats start jumping off the ship.

Let's see which vermin springs off next: Rove, and then Cheney? or Gonzales first, then Rove AND Cheney?

Holy smokes, who'll Bush get to run the country?

Oh I know: Laura and Barney!

If the Facist Wing of the Republican Party decides on a candidate, they can have Cheyney resign so they can make thier boy the incumbent VP.

Cheyney is worse than a Criminal he is a Traitor. He is doing business with Iran, he is willing to subvert the CIA for his own purposes.

He hasn't been convicted of any crime, so I'm sure he'll finish his term. He's only been deemed a criminal by those who choose to sit in biased judgment.
