I am on probation for a first DWI, I got 2 years originally. Last year I was violated for failure to contact them right after I moved, apparently there was a misunderstanding with who contacts who. Basically they thought I was trying to skate on them. Anyways, the judge gave me an extra year of probation, however he commented that it looked good on my part that I had finished all of my community service allready. So, I assume this isnt the worst violation in the world. Well, here I am now with less than six months to go, and I submitted a UA that tested positive for meth. ( I know, I know...no lectures, please). So, I am wondering what is most likely going to happen to me, and I realize that jail is definitely an option. I assume they are going to test me again at least once more before I go to court, but I dont know. If they test me, and I come up clean, and I check myself into a rehab before I see the judge...what is the most likely that will happen??

That's what crazy liberal doush Rosie O'donald beleives. I just saw it in the news, however I was just curious if this oppinion reflects on the views of most Americans. I belive she was protesting the treatment of inmates at Guantanamo.
What do you think? Do we have an obligation to obtain information from terrorist by any means necessary, may it be torture?

*Notice** I am specifically speaking about terrorist, people we know beyond a reasonable dought are involed or linked with global terrorisim, are they human too? Do they deserve the same rights me and you would receive in prison?

I think people should know that people like George Bush and the Republicans are trying to impose medical malpractice caps on lawsuits for pain and suffering of limits up to $250,000. This includes injuries involving death, blindness, paralysis, loss of a limb, and many other horrific injuries that could happen to any of us. These people defend this in the name of health care costs; meanwhile, there are many studies which show there is no correlation between med mal insurance and lawsuit caps. People should know there are over 100,000 deaths attributed to medical malpractice - let alone all the people maimed by careless doctors, yet Bush and the Republicans support this, as they claim to support freedom and justice around the word. I'd like to know where is the justice to those innocent victims and families facing heartache due to medical malpractice - certainly 250k will not do the job. It will just promote more careless doctors to practice unsafe medicine.

How does any1 else feel?

A large agency has said they may not pay me because
my timecard isn't signed by the right person. The client
was a large computer hardware manufacturer and there
were three IT techs on site--all having equal authority. They
can confirm the accuracy of my timecard; but the agency has
said they may not pay me without a certain signature on my
timecard and don't seem willing to follow up and confirm that
my timecard is correct. What can I do to get paid on time?

I mean, how come America can run this weird prison where they can hold people forever without charging them, or letting them see a lawyer, or have their day in court, or any other normal civil right that any other prisoner may have, and they do it all on Cuba? What kind of a world does America want for God's sake?

It was an interesting book, and I learned a lot about Mormonism in general and the FLDS specifically. If you're considering voting for Mitt Romney, you should read this book first.

As you may know the US has pledged defense to Taiwan which is under constant danger of being attacked by China to rejoin the homeland. You may not know that China has bought so many bonds from our government that if they cashed them all they could conceivably crash the US economy. Supposedly if you take out a mortgage on your home the Chinese government owns 1/8 of your house. So will the US defend its ally or protect itself.
P.S. China's attack is imminent and the are hard at work upgrading their military to remove Taiwan's technological edge.

I really would like to work in politics and I would rather not practice law. I am just about to finish a degree in political science and am considering joint degree programs that allow you to get your J.D and MPP in 4 years, shaving a year off. Is this a good idea? What options are there for degrees like this?

I read a book called "Who Controls the Internet?" a while ago...and I was wondering about that...I think I remember it saying that...also it said that they write and interject "Pro-Communist" kind of stuff also.

Do any other countries have anything like that? (including USA?)

To scared and afraid to stand up to their corruption?

Are we guilty of supporting such a crime syndicate regime and not doing anything about it?

Have we forgotten these elected politicians are "Public Servants" Elected by the people...to serve the people? Elected to uphold the United States Constitution and what it stands for?

The time is over due for the American People to make their stand against the filth and corruption that has infested our Government.

Are George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Samuel Adams, John Hancock and Thomas Jefferson rolling in their graves right now? You think these men of Honor could appreciate the shenanigans of the Bush Administration?

Most important....how do you think these fine Patriots would feel about the Spineless American Society of today just sitting on their assses...too lazy to make a stand against a Regime that stole it’s way into office, staged a terror campaign, and invaded a sovereign nation to plunder it’s
resources?

The time is drawing near. The time to stand tall. To stand up for what our grandparents have fought so hard to defend. To fight for a legacy we can pass on to our children
