I have a 1 year old and a 2 month old. I am 20 years old and I want to pursue joining the Air Force. I was going to join after I graduated high school, but I ended up getting pregnant with my daughter. My fiance said that if I do decide to go that he will take care of the kids. I am wanting to do survalince on infidilty cases. Except I want to advertise as a UPI. I do not have 4000 hours on the police force to get my PI lic. yet. So my question is...is it legal to sale yourself to the public in the phone book etc. as long as I advertise that I am a UPI instead of a PI....Please only real answers please. (Writing question for a friend) My mother left my dad, brother and I a year ago to live with a boyfriend. She continued to come to the house on holidays and stuff. My father had a massive stroke and died last June. My mom came to the hospital but the nurse told me that since she was estranged and I am 28 all decisions have to be ran past me-not her. Anyway, we had to unplug him and he passed. Problem is that my mom immediatly stepped in and handled arrangments, cashed the insurance, and moved back into our house like she never left. My Brother and I never saw a dime! She will not even let me have the car my dad left behind. Are we entitled to anything? She keeps saying he left no will and she can do what she wants. I think she was cold and turned her back on us and is NOT entitled to anything. I need to know b4 any limitations run out.
Any lawyers or paralegals in Indiana please help?

Aren't they really advocating a policy of appeasment? In other words: don't kill the terrorists.

And by wrapping themselves up in the flag, the protestors portray anyone who has a dissenting view as a "traitor".

Those Americans who favor going the offensive against our enemies before they kill us are shouted down as "disloyal".

The medical records of all UK citizens are set to be made available on-line in a national NHS database. It has cost in the order of 12 billion pounds to set up. There are still worries regarding security and as to who exactly will have access to the records.
