well, no one likes to think if they are sharing a shower or running around naked that the opposite sex is watching them and getting off on it. I say put all acknowledged ones in one troop and put them on the front line.

No, they should not. If they were/are uncomfortable with not being able to "come out" while they are in the military, then they shouldn't have joined. They signed a contract with the military which outlines certain behaviors that are not allowable in the military. This is one of them. They chose to sign it and chose to stay in the closet until their term is up. Period. As for boycotting the services, that would be fine. It wouldn't make an impact on manning, so if they feel the need to do that, then that is ok with us too. This is for Rick V, BTW most men in the the military are not rapists! That is such an ignorant comment based on the actions of a handful of guys who we, as a military community, do NOT condone. Most military men, women and families are just like the general population living with extraordinary circumstances.

.I don't think that pronouncing your self as gay or lesbian in the military is needed.
I think that what is really needed is to quit telling these young military men that they should go f every female in sight. Too many rapes around the world have been okay-ed by the military brass who condone these practices.

Back to the question at hand. Its hard to hide these differences especially in a military situation so why don,t you testosterone addicts try to make it a bit less difficult for the others.
Yes I agree with LOWE on this matter but we have to aknowledge that this view is not reality. There are people that are 'wired' differently" and some we will have to accept and others like pedofiles and rapists and serial killers and gang types we have to get rid of in our society. That being true there's a whole lot of s--- in the military that needs --- upgrading.

While serving in the military I worked next guys that were blatantly gay. They got the job done and I didn't become gay. Sexual preference should not matter, but I think any sexual orientation should be kept private. I hate to hear sex talk from friends, to me it would be worse coming from some one who is gay because it would be even more uncomfortable.

That would be duplictous of them if they did. They joined the miltary with the understanding not to reveal their orientation (don't tell). You are asking people to go back on their word.
Most would reject your proposal, I suspect.

Why not get our opinions from Nature?
Can the sperm cell interact with human waste?
Have any babies ever be born out of a males Butt Hole?
Do males have breast to feed babies? And before you go off on the wrong page, keep in mind that Nature did not intend for humans to feed their babies with animals milk! If I remember correctly, Nature gave the female breast for that purpose.
I do not understand how any one can equate the males waste hole with the female vagina?
