I think the president has nothing to do with this at least at her level however her "galamays" is the one doing these especially in the military(?). And for those soldiers(?) that were ordered to do these, maybe they were only told that these were the orders of the president, (who knows).

Ever wonder if she does it.
Why no one can shake her of her seat.
Do you know there is something about her that she has to sit there until the mess in planet of apes is clean up in planet of apes.?
Do you know why everyone wanted to shake her and could not get her off in planet of apes.
So it wise not to blindly kick her on her butts in planet of apes.

my friend works in the philippine army and he said you would not believe the many disgusting things her administration has done ( of course he claimed it was udner her orders ) .
