I read a book called "Who Controls the Internet?" a while ago...and I was wondering about that...I think I remember it saying that...also it said that they write and interject "Pro-Communist" kind of stuff also.

Do any other countries have anything like that? (including USA?)

China is insecured that Western culture could brainwash the Chinese people to deviate from communism. Thus, the Chinese government hired a lot of internet police personnel to monitor the political impulse of their constituents.

I believe China does have internet police and Islamic control government has them too. But as far as USA have them, I don't think the government patrol the internet. I think the parent would be responsible for what their children are doing in the internet.

The U.S dose have Internet police also to investigate illegal activity and terrorism but that is all they do.

yes the chinese goevernment has full control over the internet
