shouldn't there be a restriction on how many of them there are?

It's the technology age! More avenues to advertise than ever before. It can become overwhelming at times seeing ads everywhere you look but I doubt that a law prohibit them.
Maybe a bill should be submitted to congress about this very issue? ~~

I was at the website below and couldn't believe how many of them there are, I think a nice boycott on anyone that runs them would be great!!!
