The real estate market also has ups and downs like other commodities and shares. The wise lower middle class can take advantage of the market fluctuations, to buy the house at the right time, when the market is low. They should not enter the market now, when it at it's peak.

Yes it is possible. There are so many financial institute which provides housing loans. U can approach to any of them and can buy a house which fits to ur budget.

no not in the urban areas with the present situation. people need to move to suburbs. there is a catch here, even in the suburbs, the realtors are increasing prices showing some ventures like new airport, it park,..,

No,not in urbanised cities and metros.
Should be ready to stay put in villages.
Work hard and develop villages which can any day offer better living than urban slums.
