I hear that it's 20 miles over the speed limit... is that true?

Because I have also heard that you have to go double the speed limit to be hit with a reckless driving citation. Otherwise, you will only get a speeding ticket.

Or do the rules vary from state-to-state? Or is it really up to the officer giving the ticket?

Thanks for your help...
T.

I like your passion for what you beleive but its just to bad that it is so brainwashed. I've been trying to post a political theory that I find quite interesting and really want everyone to see but it wont let me my question just doesnt appear. So I'll post it here

Both parties in my opinion democrat and republican have absolutley no morals what so ever. I don't like the liberals or GOP's either. But here is the deal. The reps have a great deal of sway in big buisness. Where as the dems/libs have a great deal of sway over hollywood and the media. So basicly they both may be trying to make us like them and buy their crap all the while we will be so embroiled in arguing with each other to not realise that both parties are basicly destroying the middle class forcing us into the lower class by basicly supporting Illegals (notice both parties are in favor for the most part) taking are jobs for slave wages therefore taking most the decent paying jobs. So they basicly have to very different

Fourteen primary schools are taking part in a £600,000 Government funded research project, 'No Outsiders', aimed at familiarising children with gay and lesbian relationships.

Homosexual fairy stories are being used to illustrate the normailty of such relationships.

Personally I feel this is 'SICK' and amounts to ths active promotion of homosexuality within schools, and the corruption of a minor. I am beginning to question whether the promoters of gay and hetro promiscuity get some kind of sexual sick kick by corrupting our children.

My son is 15 and he is adamant that he is joing the army. He is in the Army Cadets at the moment and absolutely loves it. However, I am already really worried about the whole army and going to war thing and really dont want him to go, however I have to look to support him. He intesnds to go to Sandhurst and join the RMP. I have convinced him to stay on and do his A'Levels but he wants to go straight in after taking them.

Apart from the obvious getting killed, maimed injured and suffering from PTSD what else do you think would maybe put him off?

At the end of the day I will support what he wants to do but as a mother who desperatley loves her son, I worry.

Thanks

Name one president who is more stupid than Bush. Seriously dont just call me names for this question. Simply list a president who you think has been more stupid than Bush. Bet you cant do it. There may have been others who have acted more deviously, but no-one who is more stupid.

My values/ ideas are pretty rep but I don't beleive the reps represent their values anymore

Below is a link from the Firefighters International Union about why Rudy Guiliani will be the only Presidential candidate not invited to speak to them. I'm curious how you defend Rudy's position, if you do, and what you think of the firefighters' stand on this Presidential candidate. It just seems contradictory that Guiliani is so well-considered because of 9/11 but the brave men and women that dealt with 9/11 don't feel that way about him. Where's the disconnect and are they right?

You have an exec type guy(no it ain't me)who makes bank. Near his office is a deli. There is a girl he been flirting with for months. She knows he makes bank. They hook up for some dates. On the 5th date she suggest going to the industrial area for added spice. While parked among the factories away from traffic, she starts going down on him. During the act she clamps on his nards firm enough to cause discomfort. She tells him to empty his wallet and stuff the money down back of her Daisy Dukes into her thong. She say if he tries anything funny, pulling out, punchng her etc, she will bite it off, and clamps her teeth on his swipe hard enough to let him know she means business. After he stuffs her thong she hops out and disappears. He knows she still works the deli but he is embarrassed to report it. Should he? What would be the crime? And would he be taken seriously?

Nearly 4 years ago Bush said he had won the war.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/2989459.stm

Now apparently he wants another 8,000 troops on top of the already 21,500 he has requested.......

http://www.guardian.co.uk/frontpage/story/0,,2031829,00.html

I hope Bush will be more cautious next time he randomly starts declaring Americans as victors in the wars he starts.

Until we get to a point in this country where guilt or innocence is no longer decided by the size of a person's wallet or their high-priced lawyer's ability to make up convincing lies, how can we say that there is any true form of justice in this country?

I've been doing research on the computer, trying to find more information about health law and what exactly you do with a law degree specializing in health law. I haven't found a lot of information though. I plan to get some books on the subject, but until then, can anyone help me find info about it online?

My 2 friends and I got charged with attempted burglary about 1 month ago. We talked to our lawyers, and said that we most likely are going to get probation because it's our first offense. We have a court date in about 2 weeks. We are planning on getting an apartment together. If we get an apartment and move in together before the case is closed, could we still live together because I read that two people on probation cannot be around each other. If not, what would happen?

By the way, we were going to break into my former friend's house who I had loan 4000 dollars and had never paid me back. He just decided not to pay me and moved. I couldn't take him to court because I never got him to sign a promissory note. I had no proof. I wasn't just going to let it slide.

Here are a couple of reasons why I think we as humans should be exterminated:
1. Forgeting the teachings of the bible by having sex before marriage, killing other people so we can survive, worshiping money instead of the bible, etc.
2. Slowly distroying our environment through deforestation, overpopulation, overfishing, pollution, global warming, etc.

No emotional answers please!!!
