Anyone who thinks Bush is more dim-witted than Carter needs to read their history books, because they must not have been alive when Carter was President. Seriously.

Carter
He managed to give us the worst economy since the depression. inflation approached 20% Extreme unemployment, extreme interest rates on home mortgages, which set the stage for the S&L fiasco.
Carter's weakness can be seen as part of our current problems with Iran... and a lot of the distrust middle-eastern countries have for the US. Basicly.. if not for Carter, we may never have had the Gulf war and thus may not have had the current Iraq situation.
The current situation with international politics in the middle east didn't come up overnight after Bush was elected... they'd been building since the idiots of the "League of Nations" divvied up the Middle East... and then later the way that Israel was established.

because of the fact he stands for what he believes in and he would not pay attention to human beings like Micheal Moore who make money off inflicting paranoia. And if meaning that he's dim witted, conceited, moronic, and numb nuts then you certainly might desire to be especially smart.

He is the decider. People think he's stupid but he is a genius I tell you a genius, I heard him say the other day that before he leaves office he is gonna have a man on the sun. That's right bucko a man on the sun. We have the technology already. We have the rockets. The Gravity of that thing is real strong and they can save on fuel and get there quicker than Mars. Genius I tell you he is a genius, less than two years he is gonna have a man planting Old Glory right there on El Sol I tell you. That will show those terrorists and those damn Liberals whats what.
HeII he is even thinking about taking the trip himself. Al Gore that Libtard science Guy told him that the surface of the sun is 16,000 degrees Fahrenheit that he would burn up. But you know what he told that jerk, he has that all figured out too. I tell you people think he's dumb as a box of rocks but I tell you he's a genius. He told old Al Gore that he already thought about that one too. He said that he is going to go at night.

Jimmy Carter. His own party couldn't get him a second term. Bush had a higher grade point than Kerry did at Harvard and Princeton. Billy Carter was the smartest of all the Carters.

First of all, there have been NO stupid Presidents. No matter what you may think of Bush or any other, ALL American Presidents have been exceptional men. Now to answer your question...Jimmy Carter was more dim-witted than ANY other President. The Iran Hostage Crisis..need I say more?
