My 2 friends and I got charged with attempted burglary about 1 month ago. We talked to our lawyers, and said that we most likely are going to get probation because it's our first offense. We have a court date in about 2 weeks. We are planning on getting an apartment together. If we get an apartment and move in together before the case is closed, could we still live together because I read that two people on probation cannot be around each other. If not, what would happen?

By the way, we were going to break into my former friend's house who I had loan 4000 dollars and had never paid me back. He just decided not to pay me and moved. I couldn't take him to court because I never got him to sign a promissory note. I had no proof. I wasn't just going to let it slide.

You are right, those on probation cannot associate with others on probation- it is considered association. You will be in violation if you even just hang out together and get caught.
Good luck with your court case!
See if you can get them to knock it down to a misdemeanor because it will follow you the rest of your life and effect a lot of things.

First of course you can take the other person to court, on just a verbal loan, you may or may not win, but you can take him to court.

ether way it will be up to the probation officer to decide if the two of you can live togehter at all. ( either way)

i think very sorry for this female. And for the mothers and dads of the infant. This female have been pushed almost mad with grief over the loss of life of her very own daughter. because of this she isn't in a similar league as Beverley Allitt or somebody else who killed babies using fact of a unwell variety of delight. This female become deeply disturbed using fact of a horrendous ordeal she have been by using. using fact the mummy of an 11 month old son myself i can not even start to think of the way it must be to lose a sixteen month old newborn. i think of i would not choose to circulate on residing. Which persons can say that dropping our very own cherished newborn will possibly no longer deliver us over the rails? hence i do no longer see what may well be gained via putting this female in penitentiary. She has suffered extra effective than any individual ought to ought to go through during the shortcoming of her very own newborn. Her nursing profession is destroyed. putting her in penitentiary will gain what precisely? If the kinfolk of the infant who she injected are "indignant" on the sentence they are able to "convenience" themselves that a minimum of they nonetheless have their little female and she or he has lost hers and is going by using discomfort as a effect. If this is convenience.

Still 4 g's, that hurts man.

It depends on your state law but in Michigan, two probationary persons can live in the same household but two parolees cannot.
