One of the freedoms still left to you in these post-Patriot Act times is that you don't have to answer the phone. Better yet, simply forget to pay the bill.

If you are a terrorist, do not answer the telephone when it rings because you will be traced. But, if you are a good citizen, you need not worry because there will be no problem because your telephone is not tapped.

do not answer it ...pack a u-haul...you will not hear it ring...if you do not like the usa...take yourself somewhere else and see the world...do not come back...do not whine...do not love it...leave it...simple enough...good luck with your new phone number...if they have phones where you move to...you asked...i answered honestly...
