I don't know of any countries who has openly stated that no immigration is allowed. But you will have idiots alike the Mexican government that will fine and imprison a person illegally entering Mexico. Well calling the US tyrants and oblivious to their peoples needs who have illegally entered the USA. They prefer to punish illegal immigration harshly in Mexico, well accusing the US of being inhumane and racist(what a fukn joke eh).

In all fairness and so-called logic they support illegals coming into the US. Being that they (illegals) will send at least 1/2 if not more of the earned money in the US to Mexico.

This frikin Mexican government you got to hand it to them, they do know how to touch the hearts and weak minds of democrat leaders to benefit themselves.

The People's Democratic Republic of Korea, also known as North Korea.

All other nations allow immigration to some extent, although citizenship is virtually impossible in some of the wealthy oil shiekdoms such as Kuwait.

Nearly all countries have laws or protocols to allow non-citizens to become citizens, even Luxembourg (http://www.migrationinformation.org/Profiles/display.cfm?ID=587) and Japan (http://www.debito.org/naturalization.html). Of all the countries I researched, Bhutan seems to have the worst policy, which is based mostly on preventing Nepali residents from claiming citizenship rights (http://www.geocities.com/bhutaneserefugees/illegalimmigrant.html). Myanmar is also pretty bad, since its policy is to give the official in charge almost complete discretion over the application for citizenship. (http://www.ibiblio.org/obl/reg.burma/archives/199711/msg00193.html) Many, many other small nations (like Tonga, for instance) lack formal application procedures, or put application at the complete discretion of the king or bureaucrat in charge.

Saudi Arabia has a lot of cities restricted to Muslims only.

(Funny that a religion of peace would allow that sort of thing. Sounds a lot like prejudice to me.)
