I can only think that they are getting special treatment ,because of their race and age. They should be treated like all other Bank Robbers..If someone goes into a Bank and demands money, than exits with that money, whether it is an inside job or not everyone involved should be treated the sameway. The fact that they already started spending the money constitutes them as at least willing participants In a Bank Robbery.

Just one, human. I was getting breakfast this morning when I overheard this conversation. It went like this “I think there is only one race, the human race.” I said “You are exactly right.” The funny thing was that the conversation was taking place between a Christian, a Muslim, a Jew and a Gentile. I am not kidding. So what the heck is all the hatred about? Why all the war? Sometimes the answer is so simple it eludes us as humans. Have you ever noticed that? Look at everything, we usually invent some complicated thing to take care of a process, say electing public officials. It has become a complicated monetary circus that the average human cannot afford to partake in because of time and money. At the same time, we have the right to petition in amendments to the constitution, and the means to gather the signatures [through internet, phone, fax, mail and in person] as necessary to validate its authority. Basically we have made it complicated in waiting for politicians to do something, when really we don’t need them. All we have to do is say, “Bring our troops home, we are done paying for this nonsense” sign it and the war is over. So instead of endless debates we could put the debate to an end.

anyway? Just more innocent deaths

By Tom Vanden Brook, USA TODAY
WASHINGTON — President Bush's planned escalation of U.S. forces in Iraq will require as many as 28,500 troops, Pentagon officials told a Senate committee Thursday. In January, Bush said he would send 21,500 more combat troops to Iraq. England said 6,000 to 7,000 support troops will be needed to back up the larger combat force. There are about 10,000 soldiers in Iraq now associated with the escalation, according to Lt. Col. Carl Ey, an Army spokesman. In all, there are about 140,000 U.S. troops now in Iraq

(..& about 50 thous. are support aren't they?)
So, Bush is cutting it rather thin don't you think? The article also tells us that the "increase in troops is expected to peak in May."
I imagine that means even more deaths on either side. The madness must end. Why are we still in Iraq anyway? Despite what Bush tells us, these Iraqi factions are better off fighting each other WITHOUT the United States.

There are & maybe exceptions at some levels local, state & Federal governments "i.e." some frontline workers like firefighters emergency workers, police Post Office & motor vehicle dept or the tax collectors these tend to function! When you get into other enties & agentcies at different levels of government is where you find "lack of public service!" The military has an old saying "Hurry up and wait" so for those who want to play out their hero's Well i have served and know about the white elephant & black book spending!

Would you be even more disgusted if a guy married a six year old girl and consummated the marriage when she was nine?

Just a question.

back compulsorily from the Public. This is a leading multinational co with a strong product, R&D, Brand & profits. It has very conveniently excluded the Indian Public shareholders of any distribution of future profits. It may not declare "Dividends" in future considering that it has to pay Tax , but may continue to repatriate other types of compensation to its Parent Co. Is there any remedy for this kind of corporate behaviour with the Indian Public ? Can a reference be made to the DCA under MOF? If so do they have any powers under existing Laws to restore status quo or even to intervene in the matter? The revised Value affixed by the Co on its shares ( ostensibly to render the Individual-Public holding into fractional shares) is creating a precedence of some kind in the corporate world when in fact other companies have gone in for Stock Splits during the same time. One yearns for the FERA regime which would have dealt with this Co appropriately. Serious suggestions remedies requested

For 8 months I have been harrassed at work and in my personal life by people armed with information being passed along by an x. This person I dated was recording or otherwise documenting all of our conversations and activities and is passing along all of this information to everyone I meet. People at work are quoting things back to me that I have said and mocking the same situations over and over and they won't stop. I have tried calling the police and getting a lawyer, to no avail.
