we have been paying rent but we renctly had no running water so we had to rent monies in for the repair of her house and we told her she told me it's not my job to make your life comfortable. so we sent her a note telling her why we didn't with a copy of all the repairs and how much and and had put it towards current rent. that's whay i'm asking

~legally yes, if you got evicted..
~physically, how? if there is snow up to your elbows... then what are you supposed to do. Not possible.

Yes, it is not your house if you are a renter, it is the owners. And if you don't pay your rent, you are gone, or, if the owner sells the property, you are gone. You do have rights, but they are limited at best.

With the way laws are in this country, I would not be suprised. This was a great place to live once, until the judges and lawyers took over.

You-not a judge-is the one who makes you move.Pay your rent/bills and you won't "need to move".

Don't you really wish he would.....living in maine here, we just got another solid dump.....(of the white stuff......snow that is!!!) LOL..........come on spring!!!!! I'd love a judge to kick my a** out of here and onto a cruise ship to the carribean!!!!

if ur not paying ur rent yes if u own a house no not really if u did a huge crime yes he can
