can the V.A. hospital deny a veteran medical treatment ?
My dad served in the US Army and Marines during the Korean conflict and now he needs medical attention on his foot.
They are denying this service to him.

I need to know whether a baby will be 'ours' or just the mothers in law because it used to be that children belonged to the mother if the father wasn't married to her and he would then have to adopt the child giving the mother no legal rights. Is this still the case?

I worked for a Dentist that did not properly dispose of sharps, did not have scavengers on his Nitrous tanks and had many other OSHA violations should he be reported to the Dental Board? Will he know that I turned him in? Who do I need to contact to get an investigation? I didn't realize how bad it was until I started working at another office and they did everything by code.

Much is articulated among conservatives of how bias the media is, that, the media is fundamentally liberal, and, as such, harms our country.

Putin of Russia felt the same way, so, he had the government buy the major media outlets and now the messages are patriotic and uncritical of the government. (To the uninformed, Russia had a very vibrant and critical media from about 1995 - 2004).

What do you want, and, don't say unbiased reporting. Fact is, if we disagree with someone, WE ALL think it is biased. What say you?

Regardless of the American Foriegn Policy and any differences between Iraqi Groups...the acts of violence being committed to IRAQIs by IRAQIs is becoming appalling. Seemes like republican think tanks push hard on the issue that because Clinton didnt catch Bin Laden 911 happend. If you look at terrorism and how it works its small seperate cells that can work independent of eachother. That provide the possibility to strike no matter who is the leader of Al Queda. I question that it would have made any difference if Clinton would have caught Bin Laden. Ofcourse noone can know but if you look at the 911 attack it wasnt a high tech preperation or a cost intensive project. Its extremely hard to protect a nation 100% from terrorism. I would say its impossible. But people have to choose if they want to live a life were they think about the possibility of getting attacked or if they just ignore it and live life. Terrorists goal is to scare people and make them look over the shoulder. When they have that on people in the country then they dont have to do a single attack since they have already won.
