I don't buy te argument hat they are doing jobs Americans won't. The truth is they're being exploited as cheaper labor. If employers were forced to higher workers who had the legal right to work in the US wages would go up.

Should all women get a good education just in case situations like this happen? I respect women who want to stay home and raise their children, but what would happen if her husband just left or died?

Why Did Bush REALLY pick White House Counsel Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court.?
Is it because she was just "jewish", a CON, or both a Zionist CON i.e Neocon?
since most everyone , including CONS, agree of her miserable disqualifications.
What would have happened if she was selected to a suprem judge?
Vis-a-vis Christianity in our schools.
Will she vote for a Gentil prez against a Jewish one?

A majority of experts in the field concluded recently that President Bush shows the classic symptoms of Meglomaniacal MessianicTripolar Kapilla disorder. While amazing that he has the mental toughness to have endured 6 years in the presidency despite this mentally debilitating affliction, I wonder if he should resign or be dismissed from office and enter treatment immediately.

For at least the last 20 years our society has been aware that we, humankind, might have been having a negative impact on our environment through our carbon emissions and the destruction of natural habitats.

Very early on, the debate fractured into two camps, those for whom it was obvious that there was a problem and that this problem could only get worse and the consequences intensify the longer we left it to act; and those for whom nothing but absolute proof would be good enough to convince them that there was a problem in the first instance, before any action could or should be taken.

Despite the enormity of the task and the incredible complexity of the problem that faced them, the scientifc community has over the last two decades invested huge amounts of manhours in data gathering and computational modelling capability to derive an unambiguous conclusion - there is a problem, we are to blame and we have to act quickly or we face horrendous consequences if we do not.

Please provide a link and only one constitiutional amendment per answer. Just pick one. I don't want one person to have a long answer and hog all of the transgressions himself. because I know that there are plenty...

For all you who don't think Bush has curbed our rights in pursuit of the War on Terror, you can provide a link too

First of sorry about my spelling...

To some people war is one way that some people feel that they can help their country. War makes people stronger. War teaches people some things. War created first person shooters. Religeon started some wars. When people belive they failed their buisness life they go and join the miltary so they have something to do in life. Some people who feel depresed go to war and understand if they die they died doing something they feel right. War makes some people smarter. War created weapons that later on were used in science. So... Is war really that bad?

I would like to know only an ESTIMATED amount of time. I am trying to rent a car and book a hotel but I can't really do so without having a GENERAL idea of when he could be home. If everything goes smoothly, how long could it take? How long did it take any of you? His destination is TEXAS, coming from IRAQ.

And I know that it varies, which is why I am asking for an estimated time, not exact. Thanks!

If a teenager (15) has the flu, and neither of the parents will take them to the docter, and the symptoms are getting rather serious, and one of the parents are giving the teen prescription medication not for them, but the parent themself, and not even for the flu, but a cold, it was 300mg and the person (teen) OD'd because of carelessness of the parent, is there anything in Texas Laws that cover the teen in neglect/abuse laws? (please don't link me to a .pdf or something, copy the info for me if its possible) Thanks
Additional Details

by the way: Its been 2 weeks sence her flu symptoms has started

I'm mostly worried because it can lead to death in some cases, so I'm not taking it too lightly. So any help would be great.

If they don't work, what do they do all day? Do they look for a job? Do they just take care of their children? If it is so easy to do this how come more people don't?

We ordered food from a convenience store on Monday night. My husband ate his steak sub and i ate a chicken sub (both contained mayo). He went to work that night and was sent to the hospital because he could not stop vomiting. He was given IV's and meds to help with the cramping/dehydration/nausea. Is there anything that we can do about this legally? I did not get sick, which leads me to believe that it was the steak that was contaminated. The only other thing that he ate was a cinnamon roll very early that morning.......

can i do anything to recover the lost wages and possibly the hospital bill? His insurance has not taken effect yet...

Leave aside that Clinton got a lot of help from the Fed... even without that help, the economy would still have been fairly strong throughou the 1990s - many people inaccurately remember the late 1990s money bubble as reflecting the whole decade, but from '92-'97 things basically hummed along pretty well.

But why?

"Triangulation." That's why.

Clinton expanded on Reagan's deregulation efforts, especially in the financial services sector, and did almost nothing to undo Reagan's personal income tax cuts. Clinton opened wide corporate tax loopholes. Clinton expanded free trade zones. Clinton signed welfare reform.

Republicans will argue that the GOP Congress forced his hand but this is true only with welfare reform.

What's left of the Democrat party largely opposed these measures and would undo some of them now.

Why do we let them take credit for the gains achieved precisely by moving in the opposite direction from the economic policies they propose?
