Probably not a scam. Here's the deal, though...
1. They are legal aides, not lawyers.
2. The divorce must be uncontested (no court time)
3. The fine print probably says "plus court fees/costs", which could tack on another $100 to $200 to their $100 "fee"
4. All they do is fill out and file (in the court) paperwork that you could do yourself.
If you truly have an uncontested divorce, then you can do all that paperwork yourself and save the $100. OR it might be worth it to you to pay them and do all the footwork.
If you have a contested divorce, plan on hiring real lawyers and spending at least $5000.00, each.

If the fee is $100 then I suspect it is that rare divorce where there are kids and no property at all. I find it hard to believe even in that situation. This, of course, does not include filing fee and court costs. Remember, you usually get what you paid for.

This is a fairly common way to get people into the attorney's office. Only if you have a simple, agreed upon, no kids and no assets or liabilities situation can you get a divorce this inexpensive and that's doubtful. Filing the papers cost this much.

Well, I don't know what ad you are reading but there are cheapy divorces.... My daughter had one...it cost her $400.00 here in NJ.
She and her husband did all the paperwork, all the leg work, decided and agreed on child support, property distribution - in other words, everything. The only thing the lawyer needed to do was file the papers.
So it can be done, takes both parties communicating and agreeing to everything......

You can always get a divorce for free, as long as the other spouse agrees to it.
Probably not going to happen, but it is a possibility.

I don't know what state you're in, or what state of mind you're in, but there's no state that sells divorces, they're settled in a court of law.
