It is good versus evil people. Good being the people who realize that neither party cares for the people and evil, being the people foolish enough to support the two party system.

LOOK at where we are as a nation? Do you think the Democrats are going to FIX it? That is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS to even contemplate.

Folks, it is good versus evil. Vote third party or vote for MORE DEATH.

So, show your ignorance and tell me how wrong I am.

In the news recently Iran has refused to back down on their nuclear program, they have launched several missiles, America said it rules no action out. So my question is this how long will America and other countries tolerate it? If they do go to war what will happen?

I need some links to websites that can tell me how to commit a relative to an insane asylum. I don't want to give details, it would take too long. We aren't trying to be cruel, it just needs to be done.

The writing is on the wall. This is not a political war. History shows that religion is more dangerous. Yet some believe that if we just come home, It's over. Many blame Bush, Yet attacks have happened against America through the Clinton administration, remember the first attack on the towers? In the days of Reagon. How about the I.R.A. Clear back in the sixties? Yet some wan't to run and hide, Murtha, Pelosi, the list goes on. It is time do do away with politics and think about our children. And the home they can loose. Not to mention their lives. olhip48

When we actively protest against a war, our enemies see that we are divided and are strengthened by this knowledge. At home, anyone who disagrees with the war, after the fighting begins, is considered unpatriotic, or worse, a traitor.

We are fighing for Democracy. Democracy is the freedom and the right to choose for ourselves what is right and what is wrong. It is the freedom and right to speak freely to those around us and try to convince them to support what we support.

I believe that it is a moral obligation to speak out against what we believe is wrong, even if doing so is unpopular. Abraham Lincoln did it. Martin Luthor King did it. But what I want to know is, "How can I be a responsible American without being branded UnAmerican:?

One more thing:

How can wars end if noone is allowed to speak out against them?

I feel they should leave old George off and put God on. He is more important then any president we will ever have. Once again we are letting foreign people tell us what can and can not be displayed. If you come to my country you should honor our ways just as I will honor your ways in your country. It won't do any good to boycott the using of the coin because money is money and money is the root of all evil. I just feel that in God we trust has always been a part of our currency and should continue to be so.

to ultra-right wing groups like Blackwater? And, since they are not soldiers, but many are American, are not being counted as military casualties. In addition, Blackwater is making billions from our tax money all the while they aren't giving their soldiers benefits for their work or to their families if they are killed in action. They are linked to Abu Graib tortures, Guantanomo torture, and the torture of many many innocent Iraqies. They don't have to answer to the American people or our government for their actions because they are considered a private business. They were used in post Katrina New Orleans and were allowed to shoot to kill if anyone questioned what they were doing.
Do you see this as a threat to our democracy? If so,why. If not, why not? Please read these

I was in a disagreement with someone when they stated that pulling people over when they have a tail light out or something and then finding out they are drunk is entrapment and that they should only give them a ticket for the reason they pulled them over and just over look the fact that they are driving drunk. They think that if we pull them over at like 2:30 am for no tail light that we won't check for a DUI, or that we pull people over to check to make sure nothing is going on. Part of a reason for pulling people over is to cite them and check to make sure they do not have warrants or they are drunk. It does not matter when or where it is at. How can people think this is entrapment? Entrapment is when you make someone do something they would not usually do. Well they did not make them drive drunk or force the booze down thier throats, or break out a tail light, or make them run a light. I Think that the police force does a dam good job, and should keep up the good work!!!

I heard that the voting machines somewhere innacurately counted votes in some counties. I also heard that one county somewhere misplaced a whole box of votes. In another county somewhere over 50 votes were found fallen behind a desk AFTER the election and weren't counted! Also, notice how sure the democrats were of their victory beforehand? We should immediately open up massive, expensive, time-consuming congressional hearings regarding these claims. I already have my "Not My Congress" bumper sticker.

Scooter Libby is on trial for lying and obstructing justice in the investigation of the CIA leak. If it's important enough to bring Libbly to trial what about the person who really did the leaking, Richard Armitage? He's already admitted he's the one who actually leaked the information. Yet there's no trial contemplated for him. Do you wonder why?

Both men refused to support Kyoto because they said it would be bad for America and Americans.

It's interesting to see how hateful Clinton/Gore supporters can be when they bash Bush.

Bush had the SAME POSITION as Clinton.

Are Dems funny or just plain hateful?

If you break the law yourself, such as rolling stops at stop signs, or drinking and driving, or speeding etc. Should you really have the right to go to work the next day and write tickets for the things.

This is a real question. It is something that has always bothered me and I would like to know how the cops view this.

To anyone who wants to know I have a very good friend whose son was arrested for possesion.I know the arresting officer personally and know first hand that he smokes once in a while himself.

This along with a couple of other recent encounters with cops have left me a bit concerned about my local police force.

I would appreciate some non defensive honest opinions.

Rightly or wrongly, it does look like the US government is gearing up for an attack on Iran. The British people are worried that they will be dragged into yet another unwanted confilct by Tony Blair following George Bush around again.

Also consider that if that the US does attack then what is that going to do to the stability of the region and the world economy. Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Turkey, Egypt, Israel, Syria and the Palestinians would all be drawn in. Oil prices would double or more and production would be devastated.

The Iranians are still battle hardened after fighting the Iraqis for 10 years and know the terrain inside out. Also, in the wake of a US attack (for once) the Iranian people would unite behind the present government, leaving an American army fighting an entire country with a population of over 70 million with an average age of under 30.

Terrorist attacks in the UK would become as common as during the IRA days and the US would start getting hit again
