Scooter Libby is on trial for lying and obstructing justice in the investigation of the CIA leak. If it's important enough to bring Libbly to trial what about the person who really did the leaking, Richard Armitage? He's already admitted he's the one who actually leaked the information. Yet there's no trial contemplated for him. Do you wonder why?

They are done with the leak investigation. Now they are focusing on the people who lied to them during the investigation.

because what was allegedly leaked was actually common knowledge. scooter flat out lied under oath to which he thought was not common knowledge. GUILTY....guilty is a relative term. either he lied or he didn't. ACQUITTAL....acquittal is a relative term. did the prosecution prove beyond a reasonable doubt to 11 people too stupid to get out of jury duty, that he lied. and you thought you needed 12 .
