From the terrorists they choose as leaders to the jihad promoted in their schools, their culture is drenched in violence and hatred. Each time the world has offered them sovereignty — an offer that the Kurds or the Chechens or the Tibetans would leap at — the Palestinians have opted instead for bloodshed and rejectionism.

"What do you want more," a frustrated Shimon Peres once asked Yasser Arafat, "a Palestinian state or a Palestinian struggle?"

Over and over, Palestinians have chosen the "struggle." The very essence of Palestinian national identity is a hunger for Israel's destruction. Both the Fatah and Hamas charters call for the obliteration of the Jewish state through bloodshed. A two-state solution — Israel and Palestine living peacefully side-by-side — is emphatically NOT what the Palestinians seek.

The "Blue" states rank as the richest states in the country, with better rated schools, social programs, and health care.

Should these "Blue" states pay more in taxes in order to re-distribitute their wealth to the poorer "Red" states with the goal of eqallity in outcomes for both "Blue" and "Red" states?

Of are the rich "Blue" states just "greedy" for wanting to keep more of thie money in their state?

Didn't God say, "thou shall not steal"? Isn't that why he's in such a big blunder and losing the war? I mean what a mess we're in again. The moronic statements and premature claim of victory from Sr. Bush to now Dubya Bush. Sr Bush, "By golly, now we're back on the winning column!" This state ment was made during Kuwait invasion by Saddam. So in essense, why would God, if there is a God and he's a good God, why would God then look after someone like Bush and the people who voted for him. He not only stole the election but isn't he also continuously needlessly sending more troops to be killed. We all make mistakes and if God's watching and giving him a chance to back down and listen to the majority about ending the war but he wants to escalated it even more because his ego is more important than lives obvioulsy. So why would God look out for Bush or the Americans anymore???!!!! Why??? How can we still say "God bless America"?

Im asking this because the government spends our money fruitlessly not caring for their own countrymen. The economy and well being is mor important than their selfish desires.

My mom has been working at a school for the mentally disabled for almost 3 years now. One of the requirements for the job is a GED or High school diploma. Well, when they hired her, they knew she did not have her her GED, they told her to keep a secret until she took the test. Now they just found out that the State is coming by to check up on the place like they do every year. The company is getting scared that the state will see they hired my mom without her GED or diploma and now they fired her for not having her GED. Is this legal? Could she sue them or take them to court? After all, they knew good and well when they hired her she did not have her GED.

He does have a lawyer, that's what his and her lawyer's came up with. she broke all the rules why was she not held in contempt of court? The excuse for her getting away with breaking court orders was his lawyer actually told him that she was the mother of his children and he had an affair end of story...So pay up or you will go to jail this is coming from his lawyer.

I see a lot of opinions expressing distaste for the way Bush has handled things since the 9-11 attacks. My question is, how should it have been handled differently? If we had the benefit of hindsight, how could things have been done better? Please, only serious, non-profane answers. This is for thinking people. I really am interested in what people have to say.
