simple question yes or no for what he said about our military.

jenivive= he said that are troops should be greatfull that we the American people don't spit on them and said there mercenary's in my view that is an hateful response to the military and i know free speech but he crossed the line.

No while he has the tact of a bulldozer in a china shop what he says does have grains of truth. The politicos who use the support the troops issue to silence critics don't like it when it is pointed out that the troops get everything they require so they have nothing to ***** about. The lack of armor on vehicles and people was a pentagon screw up not the publics. There is some truth to the mercenary crack as some of these guys join up for what reasons to kill and to get huge sums of money. Once in combat these guys tend to straighten out but when they went in they were no different than mercenaries and some of them leave the military to go back to Iraq as Mercenaries working for corporations and bigwigs in Iraq. So you see once you put your emotion rage in neutral there is truth to what the guy says from a certain point of view.
