He does have a lawyer, that's what his and her lawyer's came up with. she broke all the rules why was she not held in contempt of court? The excuse for her getting away with breaking court orders was his lawyer actually told him that she was the mother of his children and he had an affair end of story...So pay up or you will go to jail this is coming from his lawyer.

I'm not clear on all the case details, but w regard to child support the law is very clear & expects the biological parents to handle the responsibility of child support. If she was in contempt, it needs to be brought to the court's attention while it is occuring, because after the fact is too late.

Once the state (or judge) has established a support order it must be complied w , or the judge can have a person jailed for contempt.

I'm especially aware of this as a dear friend of mine is in a TX jail as we speak over child support.
