I lost my purse at a restaurant very close to my house, along with ID (with my address), all the keys to my house, and car keys to the car which is parked right outside the house. Someone suggested that I should file a report to the police. However, I'm concerned whether I would be able to file a claim with my insurance company if anything was stolen since I'm liable for it.

Someone stated this to me, and in doing so also mentioned that the news media can't be trusted to be unbiased because of this.

To me this points that those who are most informed on current events, choose democrats not republicans.....Maybe thats just my democratic lean spinning it more favorably......

Let's try to keep comments reasonable, not just bash one another....

I've heard you have 180 days to get out of the military as a way for the military to weed out who truly doesn't want to be in. If you complete bootcamp is it too late to get out?

Associated Press February 12, 2007
MADISON, Wis. -- Gov. Jim Doyle proposes taxing big oil companies more than $270 million over the next two years to help pay for the state's transportation needs.

Doyle wants to give the state Department of Revenue the authority to audit the earnings of oil companies. If the department finds that the tax is resulting in higher fuel prices, the offending company would be subject to fines in the amount of the gains reaped by the price increase or up to six months in jail.

I am surprised at how many people don't know that Lincoln was the GOP's first-ever President. And that the South was mostly comprised of Democrats (to this day) that opposed everything Lincoln stood for, and kept those positions for over 100 years after his assassination. In fact, if RFK and JFK don't begin supporting Martin Luther King in the 60's -- the Democrats might never have gotten ONE vote from Black America. (and come to think about it, Dems haven't done too much since LBJ.. who is the 3rd best Dem President of this century after FDR and Truman).

Voters are likely to decide among the top candidates based on their personalities and style. For the most part Barack Obama has the lead, do you agree?
Opinions welcome.....all things considered.

I hope Republicans don't think he's there best bet for a win in the 2008 elections. Guilani is so Pro-Abortion...look it up my misinformed friends. Don't you right-wings care more about "baby-murderers" than poverty and lack of education in America? Here's another surprise rudy Guiliani doesn't have any experience in the White House either. He was mayor of New York from 1994-2001. Significantly less experience than Sen. Barack Obama.

I had to type the title and the question over again...I was trying to type my question and spread jelly on my toast at the same time!!!

If someone was to copy a dvd movie player onto their own dvd recorder, without ever distributing it or selling it to others. It is primarily for their own personal use. Isn't that still considered copyright infringement?? or am i just confused, b/c the way i think of it is that ur still doing it illegally, and getting the benefit of the doubt without actually paying for it. Any kind of help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Does it look a bit like the Bushies oil partners the bin Ladens have found a new friend?

Friends in need are friends indeed. Does it looks a bit like now that W has wasted so many American and Iraqi lives to eliminate the threat of Saddam Hussein, his "bedfellows" have found NEW friends. But I guess the Republicans will say that this is a good conservative policy too. What about it neo's? What is the "strategic" value for the U.S. in this one? I'd like you to point this out for all of the U.S. participants here on Yahoo answers.
