I don't know if it's verifiable, but I'm certain that there are more democrats in the mainstream media than republicans; however, this is certainly not the case with talk radio and Fox News. In an event, statistics are only useful in a vacuum. Figures don't lie, but liars figure. Personally, I'd really like to see people get off the whole "liberal" or "conservative" bandwagon simply because it favors the divide-and-conquer types who are currently running this country. We need a lot more leaders who can bridge the gaps, not widen them. Be cautious of anyone who excessively labels themselves or uses the words "liberal" or "republican" as dirty words.
Here's the skinny on what they're not telling you - They don't have your best interest at heart! For all his womanizing and drinking, President Kennedy was truly a uniter and a leader. He may have been our last true leader. He wasn't interested in vilifying the opposition and suppressing their opinions; rather, he wanted to convince them through strength of argument that his way was the best way to go for our country.
Those that aren't leaders only want to do 3 things: point their fingers at the problems; tell you who's to blame for it; and keep themselves in power. The latter of these three is the reason why congress is made up primarily of cowards. They won't take a stand on anything that would risk their incumbency.
In truth, most of our nations "leaders" don't care about our problems of the social platforms they use to win votes and divide this country. Here's why; THE RICH CAN BUY THEIR WAY OUT OF SOCIAL ISSUES! They know that the "culture wars" are for the uneducated and the fanatical. They don't really care about abortion laws, because if their daughter gets knocked up, they can send her to Sweden to get an abortion. They don't care about our school system, because if their child's school sucks, they can send him to private school.
Sorry if that strayed off topic too much, but I hope it imparts a lesson.

Although healthcare is a very important part of all presidential campaigns, not all women vote Democrat for that reason. Personally, I do not like any of the candidates due do their positions on he universal healthcare system that we are expected to have. Canada has it now, and it is NOT working. You don't have to pay for your healthcare, but doctors tell you what surgeries/procedures you can and cannot have. If its not life threatening, don't count on it. Things like Lasik eye surgery, hip replacements, gastric bypass surgery, and plastic surgery will not be performed often because you can live with it. It's good that you have values, because it's annoying when people vote but have no clue about any of the issues in the candidates campaigns.

An average of 82% of Americans will consume about 97% of any opinion as long as there is a 100% probability of shoving a bogus reference to percentages.

That attitude "democrats are smarter, more informed" is EXACTLY what is wrong with the democratic party. It's the elitist "we're better educated" attitude. Which is odd, cause they claim to be the party for the poor and underprivileged.

Informed people, who are intelligent and have a heart and don't have illogical fears of anything that is different and aren't extremely greedy will never vote for the right.
They might vote for a moderate Republican but,if you use your mind, have good intentions and aren't greedy, the left is your only political option.

I read about 90% of Hollywood votes Democrat.
Let's face it - news media and Hollywood, not that much difference. It's all about ratings.
