If a person has not reported for probation and it has been 6-7 years do you think there is warrent?
Is there a time where they just drop the probation since the person has not been in any trouble since? If there is a warrent is it a Body Warrent or Bench Warrent? What should this person do in this matter?

After the case came to the light of justice the police dropped felony charges to keep their arses out of jail.The citizen took the deal so the case was dropped.

one of my friends got in trouble with this girl who accused him of stalking (over the phone) and harassment (over the phone) he is a fellow police officer with many years in law enforcement. He has never been in trouble anywhere. What would be better for him when he goes to court? jail or probation for these first time offenses? I don't know what to tell him because I'm not a lawyer... I have law enforcement experience extensively but have never been in trouble. Is there anyone out there who can help us?

I'm torn right now but I have a "friend" that claims he purchased a one-way ticket to South Africa due to him not knowing how long his visit will be there and now he's stranded due to running out of money to get back home to London. Has anyone else been fed this line? I believe I'm involved in a romance scam and I'm torn emotionally because my heart is involved. I find it very ODD that his family or friends won't help him and he's totally dependant on me.

Seem to be asking questions that make them all pitch-men for the UN?

"How do we help UNICEF?" "How do we end world hunger?" "How do we make sure there are no more sick kids in the world?" "How do we eliminate world poverty?"

Even if you're a far-left liberal and are all about talking about these things ad infinitum, doesn't this one-track questioning get a little old? Doesn't it seem a little too heavy-handed? We should be all about helping our fellow man, but c'mon....

We live in Canada as permanent residents. My dad was wondering if he can apply for visas when he has 2 years left till the expiration date. The rest of my family members are close to being expired(mar 11,2007) so we have to do it soon anyway. So we booked an appointment with US embassy in about 2 weeks(end of Feb).

Is it possible to get your visa renewed even if it is not fully expired?
