Hello,
I worked for an automobile assembly plant for 12 years
Feeling unsure about my future employed for Ford I decided two months ago to take one of the three buyout options I was eligible for; the one I chose was the 4 year educational buyout. The requirement is that I must register for college full time, and maintain grade average of C or better.
They will pay up to 15k/year towards tuition.
I get my same health and dental benefits.
I will receive a stipend check that is 50% of my basepay, payable to me once a year

I live in Michigan.I believe Friend of The Court will probably take 65% of my stipend check.

As of now i can think of a couple questions reguarding my situation.
1) This wouldn't considered Imputing income... Would it?
2) As long as I could live off of the share of my stipend check after taxes/support; would I be required to get another job? I would like to dedicate myself 100%to my studies.

Thank You

"We may need to follow in the wake of those who have gone before, but what we do and where we go is ultimately up to us?

This is pretty important to me, so, please, don't just give an educated guess. Thanks to all

Why is everyone so upset with the gay marriage issue? If they are not gay why does it matter to them? if you dont agree with gay marriage dont marry one! Also why are so many political figures pushing the issue by using the Bible, I thought there was a thing called seperation of church and state! If they are going by the Bible, are they not just as wrong for judgeing me, romans chapter two tells us that we should not judege others, are they just hypocrits?

I am a recovering drug addict and made many poor decisions during my addiction which resulted in five felony convictions. I was sentenced to 15 months in prison and while incarcerated, I completed six months of inpatient rehabilitation. Today, I live by a different set of values and try to be humble. The struggle that I am facing is whether I need to disclose this information to an employer if they do not ask. Your input is appreciated.

I really dig this airplane. I don't want to debate whether its safe, etc. I was just wondering when the marines plan to start using them, particularly in Iraq, etc. I am curious to see how they perfom in a combat situation, in the sand, etc.

I'm thinking no. My guess is that he wanted to take Sadaam out, more for his dads sake than anything else. I think he had dilussions of riding into Iraq, win a quick war and have the world bow at his feet. Now he has no idea what to do, and taking advice from people who don't care about anything except where will they find work once Bush is out of office.

I put in 5 years of hard work for my former employer but we got a new boss last year and I often heard him make jokes around the water cooler about 'that damned Home Sapien and his 'mitochondria'.

Well first off I have been tested and I am ONE HUNDRED PERCENT mitochondria free, and secondly it really isn't any of that jerk's business whether I am a homo sapien or not.

I am not one of those greedy people who just sues to get rich, but I would like to know if I have any legal options to put this big monkey in his place???
