A society is made of the Members who are more or less simillar to each other. That is why they come toghether and have a sustained toghetherness.
The only way to make and sustain a Society free of Corruption is Make Our Own Selves Immune to Corruption and open ur mind to get a Mindset that is HEalthy and That Thinks for Common Good.
Its Difficult for One Man to Cahnge society. But it is very easy to change One's Own Self. If everyone does that. This or an society will be free from Corruption and all its brother and sister problems.

A vigilant society is a must for establishing a corruption free society. The people must have a will to achieve it. Shun the politicians and the parties, which are indulging in corrupt practises and are steeped in corruption. Indulge in dharna and all kinds of protests and movements to curb this cancer that is taking its toll on the nation's wealth and health. It is high time that people started a very big movement to rid the society corruption. The movement could be started by the students community, from whom the middle clause, who are conscious of a value system, can take it up.

Corruption comes from any society where one person has more than another. A perfect communist society, such as the Native Americans had, would be the one and only society free from corruption. As long as there are possesions to be held by a single person, there will be corruption. If all possesions belong to the group, then there is no need for corruption.

People, unfortunately, are corrupt by nature. If people are given the chance to interact, and one has more than another (and not just in terms of material wealth, but also in terms of, say, looks or talent, which is unavoidable) then there is always the huge possibility of corruption. People, by nature, enjoy being above and thus taking advantage of another's weakness. People love power, money, possessions, etc. Once they get a hold of it (or once they notice that they are, in the slightest way, above another in some way), then they tend to exploit it. Communism, unfortunately, is too ideal, as people are unequal by nature.
The only way to get rid of corruption is to get rid of society.

It will never happen. Society includes people, and there will always be corrupt people. They go together like lamb and tuna fish. Or, spaghetti and meatballs, if you prefer I use an analogy from your country!!
